    UEFA EURO 2024

He plays like a team fighting for survival in the league. It’s fucking dull and criminal with the squad available.

    UEFA EURO 2024

I might have played Jude as box to box next to Rice and put Palmer in. But hard to argue with that side tbh.

Young city fan killed in hit and run

Poor lad and family. Heartbreaking. I drive a lot for work and see cunts like this driving like idiots daily. Turn the speed cameras back on would be a start.

Best goal so far that one…

    Spending money abroad

Nice one. Ideally we’d wanna see the holiday spending money in USD in the bank. Which is how I believe the pre paid debit cards work (the original plan).

    Spending money abroad

We’re going out there in august and I have been considering this issue. Our joint account for bills is with First Direct and they emailed the other day to say no overseas charges if using debit card. So probably going to put all the spends in there and use that. This might be a daft question...

    UEFA EURO 2024

Taken Adams off to try and stave off a record defeat… unfortunately he’s replaced with a veteran championship defender.

    UEFA EURO 2024

Scotland have looked like a pub side really. One decent set piece. Otherwise they panicked every time in possession and hoofed it to the little man up top. Horror challenge too and he had to go. Germany have been excellent to be fair. This could be 7 or 8 if Deutschland want it.

    Season tickets for 2024/2025 season

The vision of Northampton, Exeter, Wycombe etc. players walking out to fireworks, flares and cheerleaders. Har har.

    70s 80s 90s

Technically I know you’re right. I just remember going to see Oasis, Blur and Republica in a weedy haze in my late teens. Good times.

    70s 80s 90s

2000ish - 2010ish for me. Aged 15 to 25. Nowte but mates, women, football and going out out. Films were great and gangster rap was on fire. Back end of Britpop and good indie stuff in actual charts based on sales. TV saturated in sarcasm (watching back Simon Amstel on Popworld and he was...

    Mason-Clark

Somehow, a front four of EMC, Wright, Simms and Saka has to be out best attacking line up.

    Season tickets for 2024/2025 season

My points have gone on 🫡 but I’m now 20 points short of the esteemed 1200 club. Looks like I’ll have to do it on a cold rainy Tuesday in Stoke to get back in.

    The Nationwide £100

Ours is £275 a month and that barely makes a dent in the debt 🤣 but I refuse to go up to their proposed £350 and remain hopeful the price drop and summer months see it come down. I do have a plug in hybrid and three kids in device heavy bedrooms. Plus I work from home. But our bill still seems...

    Flying

I nearly passed out buying our flights for Florida for the six weeks in august. Haven’t been for 10+ years. Economy class too. Staggering tbh.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Unless you work for yourself you of course have the option of bringing a claim against your employer. Not a given but if they’ve failed in their duty of care RE your workplace stress etc. I hope things improve.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Of course. It would need to be case by case. But for sure if you get in there early enough you could potentially take plenty of people away from a life of crime. Anecdotal but I know two lads personally who would have thrived in the military rather than spending ten years in and out with a...
