It's all very quiet ! No news on the appeal being granted or rejected. The FL no longer responding to emails fobbing us off... just feel something is brewing. SP being bullish about returning to the Ricoh, new signings beings more positive about playing at the Ricoh... no negotiations taking...

Has Justice Hickinbottom granted SISU leave to appeal yet ? After two batterings in Court already, is this likely to be granted ?

I know many on here think swamping the Football Leage with emails is a pointless excercise. I do not agree. emails from hundreds of supporters can only keep the situation in fron of the Football League so that it does not die. I am constantly emailing Andrew Pomfret at the Football League...

The Football League sanctioned a move to Northamoton when it has now been proven there was no need to ! SISU appear to have pulled the wool over the FL's eyes well and truly. This in itself gives just cause for the FL to withdraw it's consent and instruct SISU to return to the Ricoh, surely ?

I'd rather do something than nothing ! I fully expect the FL not to reply to my email or fob me off with it's standard reply. However, at least doing something is better than sitting down doing nothing and moaning about it ! I urge all of you to keep emailing the FL - flood them, they need to...

I have emailed the FL enquiring about the possibilities as there are now exceptional circumstances and the High Court Ruling regarding SISU'S ownership. One can but ask !

I agree with you, but CCFC circumstances are exceptional and exceptional decisions might well be considered by the FL as a result of the High Court findings (which the FL are aware of bcause I sent them a copy!). Let CCFC create the precedent in the same way the Scottish League did with Rangers...

I don't know the details but it's all on Wikipedia -new club formed in 2010.....our circumstances my be different, but our circumstances are noe exceptional following the JR decision.
