Exactly. Different matter if we were winning or level but Blackburn can sit back a bit now and pick us off when we leave gaps.

Think Hamer is having to try and do everything himself. He's doing more pressing than Godden, and looks our most dangerous attacker. I would have Walker on for Godden , if only for fresh legs chasing down their defenders trying to play tikki takka. The distribution in the final third has been very poor from us. Neither Godden nor Vik has held it up. Bidwell's passing/crossing has been poor. Norton Cuffy has been meh. We can't play any worse second half, but might yet! Better news - Norwich, Watford and PNE are losing. Mad league. Take a point now.

I think Blackburn have been very clever. They have spread the ball across the park and stretched us. Added to that, their energy levels have been outstanding and they have simply been sharper than us. They have constantly looked quite dangerous around the box.

We just haven't coped at all well and it needs a shake up at half time. Either formation or personnel.

Not sure we have the players on the bench that can change things though. We need more control in the middle of the park.

If they don;t make defensive changes i think it will, it's a very attacking team from them.

I’ll be gutted if we have got this far and didn’t put up a performance tonight if some sort.

Too many playing significantly below their ability and it appears the occasion is a little too much for one or two.

Gyokeres and godden don’t work together as a pair at all and cuffy offers little or nothing as a wing back.

In theory (I know) Wilson-Esbrand carrying the ball from midfield could open a bit of space.

Scores goals at least. The Catch 22 is if he's anonymous and goes behind, he's also one you'd be less likely to bring off because we need goals!

Personally I wouldn't start him just atm. tbf I don't think Robins would either if we had a midfield.
