I keep watching replays of the second goal. I can’t see any touch from a Blackpool player. Anyone else see anything?
I recorded a replay of the goal to send to my bro, telling him hamer scored direct from corner but watched it back few times and it did take a touch from defender knee/leg by the looks of it.

Still need to win 5 out of last 8 absolute minimum.... and probably a draw or two.

Whilst i don't see us losing many.... i don't see us being clinical enough to put minimum 5 winnable games away.

What’s really impressive, and rare for Cov, is we have a team that has confidence in their ability. We started that game feeling we had the quality to win it.
No doubt Sheaf coming back in helped give everyone a confidence boost.
If everyone we have left stays fit we have a chance ……

Fantastic result. The home defeat to this lot when everyone had the shits feels particularly unfortunate, we'd be in the play offs with 3 points there.

Never doubted this result tbh.
When will some of you start to believe?
Not this season.

I know people are looking at catching Millwall, but the bigger threat comes from those teams around us. These are much stronger sides. Norwich, West Brum and Watford.

It will be one or two of those for the final top 6 places I think.

I am just happy for us to be close and still in it

Still think we'll end up on 70 points and miss out by a point or two. B*astard. Last ten games, PPG is 1.9. Same form over the final 8 games would be 72. Might not be enough, either.

We must have a higher PPG average at home? So hopefully that carries us over the line.

MR usually gets every last morsel out his team when we’re thereabouts at the tail end of the season.
He wants that last play off spot, and if we get it, it’ll be supremely good. ⚽️

Anyone checked on Chris Badlan? 😂

We do seem to be fairly stable in the current form tables...not often right on top, but nearly always very near the top.
Lovely to see Sunderland in 20th :ROFLMAO:

Allen and Palmer to return soon hopefully too. Abundance of wingbacks. Good cb strength in depth.

Best midfielder and striker in legaue. We have a chance

O hare to score winner in playoff final too. He'll be ready
Robins has just said something like "the players we have now are the players we've got for the season".

They looked bang average then and looked bang average today. Still we gifted them a path back into the game and incredibly should have been a goal and a man down at half time. Which is why the extended break is probably welcome

Five of the last eight games at home.

All five vs. teams below us in the table.

CCFC being massive cock teases, rn.

Win four of them and we might do it.
I've had a shocker here. Lazy look at the CCFC ticket page, five fixtures listed. Swansea is in there, forget about the 3-3 and that the list I had on screen isn't filtered by Home and Away.

I'm a Tw*t. Forget playoffs. We're shagged.
