Have no idea why fans are really annoyed on here .. fixture congestion pre world cup is a farce , we don't need it and we played a relatively weak team compared to the 1st 11 ..

We need as many days off between matches as possible this season

I really think there will be a very good player in Eccles but he seems to play within himself and needs to toughen up if he’s going to make decent living out the game.

Robins has rhe stitched the fans up tonight. whether you like it or not, that's the case. We'll have our better players without any match action for nearly 2 weeks on Saturday. Even giving them short stints spread out in this game would make sure we've not been completely out played. Fucking frustrating. Burroughs looks good but been isolated.....there's one positive!!

I think that's a fair assessment but not uncommon in young players.

I think Robins played to a plan tonight, no intention of playing our best players it seems. Just let the result be whatever it is. Players need some game time such as Doyle, Adarmola, Palmer regardless of how fit they are.
Shame some of those who could have made a play for the first 11 failed to show it. One of those nights on a strange pitch. No one loses sleep, we still have our 3 top players so lets move on to the Den in anticipation.....
