He still looks lightweight and doesn’t win the ball enough, but his use of the ball and passing range is better than Allen’s IMO.

Think it always has tbf. I guess what you get with Allen is constant running and energy which our other midfielders don't really give the team

First ten mins Cardiff came out quick. Since then I think it's been relatively even. We've been okay, but a little untidy in possession.

When Rose was getting ready one of them genuinely thought we were going to bring on an extra defender in a tactical change to counter their "dominance".

Weve been much better since the goal, first 15 atrocious, 15-30 ineffective.

In terms of team performance they have been far superior. Dangerous balls into the box, plenty of corners, more intensity to their play, pressing our defence at every opportunity. We've struggled to string 3 passes together. It's improved since the substitution to be fair to Robins but it was a woeful first 30 minutes, we looked shellshocked by the Gyokeres miss.

The first 15 minutes yes, after that they've been just as untidy with the ball as us.
