There will be people looking at this thread and deliberately not posting until the end of the game in case they have a chance to call posters out for said 'bedwetting'.

Either way, the teamsheet is a bit worrying.
Starting to feel like the end of the Strachan times, with manager randomly leaving out players. Two really surprising team sheets on the trot now.

I agree with @clint van damme - if the players are playing up then he does need to show them who is boss, but I'm not sure this is the way to do it. From this moment in time that teamsheet feels like we are effectively throwing the game.

Hopefully Jamie Allen has had some Crystal Meth with his cereal this morning.

Something is way off at the club, MR is trying to get a reaction, just not sure off who and why.

Something is about to snap you can feel it coming.

Well we all know what's way off don't we?
Hyam was sold, the team wasn't enhanced and MR and the players are pissed right off!

Is it really that bad? Everyone wanted 1 up top & that's what we have. Godden & Gyökeres were both very poor on Wednesday so why not give Walker a chance? Waghorn is a little unlucky in my eyes.
Agreed, Gyok aside from Sunderland has started the season poorly and Godden offers little. Walker is decent in the air especially defending set pieces too.

Can't believe after 3 straight defeats people clamour for more of the same.

Surely, if MR was behaving out of hand, wouldn't Adi have some sway ? He doesn't seem to be the type of guy to walk away from bad decisions. And if the players were acting like children, he's the one to put them back in their place.

Lots of comments after Wednesdays defeat saying let’s go back to one up front and he does that, and everyone’s against it because of the selection.

Yes I agree Vik would be most peoples choice and mine, but who knows if he’s carrying a knock, knackered or something else, or maybe he’s seen something in training that made him feel Walker deserves the chance.

I don’t buy the shit people are making up with fallouts and Robins trying to make a point from the changing of a couple of players for what is more than likely going to be a different system. Proper hive mind stuff on here at the moment.
It’s weird as fuck.

I just hope MR has some cunning masterclass in tactics and selection up his sleeve, maybe keeping it tight, frustrating the home fans, then unleashing Gyok and Godden to run riot in the last 30 minutes!

If we get hammered though, he's going to look a right clueless twat, and our fans will loose confidence in him.

Its an odd selection for sure and not the one I would have made but we'll have to wait and see. Lets be honest we've got one point so far so you can def make an argument that not changing things is equally odd. Can't have it both ways, Godden and Vik were being slated midweek, now Robins has lost the plot for not selecting them again.

Not sure I'd leap from this to Robins having fallen out with pretty much everyone, would like a bit more evidence before reaching that conclusion. Not like they've been bombed out of the squad which is the usual result when something has happened.

Surely if you play one up front it needs to be someone capable of holding it up. Not one of Walkers strengths!

Probably not the thread for it but honestly I think it's time to go for a back 4 with the players we have. By all means go back to the preferred formation after some recruitment, but not with the defenders we have right now.

If people genuinely think playing Walker up front on his own and benching Godden & Gyökeres is the best way (or the best way management think) we can get a result here then I'm completely lost for words.

Yes there are people who are overly negative, but there also those on the other end of the spectrum who go Johnny opposite to make a point.

We will probably go and win now given all this but you can't have a go at people being concerned with that team selection.
