Skate isn't it, know your fish!
That's the ones mate. Smelly, the lot of them!

They're alright actually. Having worked in Southampton and Pompey, the Pompey lot are definitely a friendlier bunch.

That was difficult, I’ve probably forgotten some teams and by the time I got to 22, I was like “who else should I relegate”. I have very little knowledge on the other teams so my predictions are pretty baseless, but this is what my online research has lead me to believe…

Cardiff fans seem positive about their season.

Hull have lost their team of loanees.

Watford look a bit of a mess.

Stoke fans depressed.

Sunderland still don’t have a proper striker.

Sheff Wednesday turned up at the end of last season as did Middlesbrough.

Leeds have had to buy basically a whole new team I think?

Surprised a few have Millwall to finish bottom: there's definitely worse than them in this division (Oxford, Plymouth and Blackburn at the very least....)

Wow when doing this list you can really see the difference between the top 8-10 and the rest of the division

Definitely agree with that. Basically a mug’s game doing these predictions.

Another unknown, particularly at the bottom is the impact of new managers. Let’s face it, quite a few managers are going to get whacked part way through the season. Others will get poached and the successor could struggle.

Simple scenario: Say Plymouth and Stoke are both in the shit by end October. Say they both sack the manager. Schumacher goes back to Plymouth, sorts them right out and they finish 10th. Sounds mad but this sort of stuff happens and you can’t account for it in a prediction right now.

I know Sheffield Wednesday turned it around last season but they were still a pretty poor side, I'm surprised at how fancied they seem to be by some of the podcasts. They were almost in a nothing to lose position given how bad their start was, which is different from going into this season. They've got 3 midfielders according to wiki, one of whom is the 46 year old Barry Bannan.

I think they will do alright. Manager looks good

Where i go against the grain is Luton. Don't think they will be in autos shake up.

Who knows how it will go though

Average squad and Bannan is old and doesn’t run. But they’re greater than the sum of their parts. Down to the manager mainly. They are in trouble if he gets poached.

“Quietly” confident we can sneak top 6.

Burnley, Leeds, us, Luton, Boro and Sheff U for top 6. In any order.

Oxford, Plymouth and Derbeh for the drop.

Sheff Utd have made some pretty decent signings over the last few days, Alfie Gilchrist from Chelsea and Souttar from Leicester, along with Burrows, CoH, McCallum….. I think they may be hard to bet against for top two
