Which one of Kelly or Hamer isn't up to the Championship?
Well Hamer definitely is.
Kelly and Sheaf both looked like good league one players last year, able to compete with bottom end championship. Kelly does a basic job in this league, sheaf is technically far better then Kelly, better range of passing etc but makes far too many mistakes, haven't seen enough of Eccles.
Is that why we got relegated?
So surely if they can compete with bottom end championship players that makes them championship players
Which one of Kelly or Hamer isn't up to the Championship?
Well we had James who was by far the stand out midfielder, the 2 of the 3 who got relegated were god awful and the other couldn't be bothered to pay their players.
Well no, because the likes they did compete with also aren't good enough, even the Wednesday midfield completely out classed us.
Ah right so it's not that our players were good enough it's just that the other teams were so bad it made them look good
Or maybe you are just talking nonsense... hamer, Kelly and sheaf have proven to be championship quality and hopefully Eccles kicks on
Don't get me wrong I would have loved us to have signed James but his good form did also coincide with us changing to 2 in the middle rather than 3 which we had been playing
makes you wonder how we stayed up; what with our rubbish midfield, our injured/useless attack, average defence and our useless keepers. Luckily the referees liked us and never gave any penalties to the opposition (and even if they had, we'd have saved them all)
What? Nobody mentioned about the defence, attackers or keepers.
Can't even say we need to improve a position without getting the bed wetters out in force.

You were literally replying to a conversation about how CM wasn’t a priority because we needed to strengthen other positions more.
We need a box to box
Not forgetting that the EFL randomly made us League 1 Champions last summer because they did not know what to do during lockdown.makes you wonder how we stayed up; what with our rubbish midfield, our injured/useless attack, average defence and our useless keepers. I’m making a note of all the trendy terms so I can use them with my mates. There’s in the know, or ITK. And bed wetters (BW’s?). Any others?
Undisclosed feeWe sold Bremang to Barnsley
What about the 4 other teams we finished above?Well we had James who was by far the stand out midfielder, the 2 of the 3 who got relegated were god awful and the other couldn't be bothered to pay their players.
That's it... We're fucked! We sold Bremang to Barnsley
Be nice if he broke through and scored 6 or 7 this season... Maybe unrealistic, but still would be nice to see.Nee is obvisouly seen as the better option, wonder if he'll feature now he's signed his professional deal.
Kelly is often injured. Hamer is always close to a red card.Which one of Kelly or Hamer isn't up to the Championship?

Wilson saving a penalty? Like that will ever happen! Never saved one!

Hamer was close for first 1/4 season maybe. He learnt fast i thought and become more clever.Kelly is often injured. Hamer is always close to a red card.
you can’t only have 2 Champiobship quality players in your engine.
Or he couldn't get in the side once we signed james?Hamer was close for first 1/4 season maybe. He learnt fast i thought and become more clever.
Sky Blues boss 'calm, measured and pragmatic' about transfers
Coventry City transfers: Sky Blues reporter Andy Turner spoke exclusively to Mark Robins this week to get the manager's thoughts on the club's progress in the transfer windowwww.coventrytelegraph.net
I see the CET are back peddling on their Robins interview.
they’re now saying he wants to get 7 not 5 but ideally 8-9…
He played a part in 42 games, did he look like he was going to get a red in all of them?Or he couldn't get in the side once we signed james?
