Technically it's only 16 years as 34 of those years we didn't need a promotion .Since we were last promoted 1967 second division Champions.i have never seen a promotion here, with this lot in charge, never likely too either.oh well 4th tier here we come
I can't believe the highs of last season compared to now....We were pretty fucking likely to get promoted last year. we were something like 10 points clear of 3rd at one point.
I know I'm getting angrier the deeper we gothere was a time when we use to say if only the titanic was painted sky blue,it would never of gone down, now we are to witness our 3rd relegation since 00/01 season
Very difficult to stay positive under our present owner/occupiers. Need a new Jimmy Hill type richmanI am trying to remain positive but apart from last week......................
statistically its more than 5 million to 1That is my most hated statistic. No top six finish since 1970. Absolutely disgusting for a club like ours. Simply no excuse. In just three years time it will have been 50 years!! Has any other club got a worse record?

Indeed. In fairness, for thirty-four years out of the fifty promotion was impossible. A lot of clubs wouldn't be too unhappy with that record...
It was more likely when we dropped to league 1.Indeed.
Annoys me, the victim tendency, that goes woe is me when we've been more successful than most clubs in the land.
Still, on the plus side SISU are taking us to a level that'll make it more likely we can get a top 6 finish. We shoyuld thank them for that, if that's all we're after.
When we're winning the Vanerama North, I expect to see you first in the queue to praise our owners for enabling this triumph! It was more likely when we dropped to league 1.
My Sisu celebration is still on hold.
Our owners will probably be a Wasps consortium by then. When we're winning the Vanerama North, I expect to see you first in the queue to praise our owners for enabling this triumph!
I'm with you pal. I think Sunday has shown me that good things can happen to our football club after all the years of shit we've put up with.I'm daring to dream about next season under Robins. All hangs on his budget, but Ive got just a little spark of optimism and Im going to nurture it.
