Worst case and it seems quite likely scenario SISU buy back limited in a month or two. How will that work with the Administrator taking 6 months to look into director wrong doings?

it is illegal to move assets out of a company and then put it into administration isn't it? (question not statement) and that almost certain appears to be what they have done.

If sisu are owners in 2 months does the administrator stay on to look into wrong doings? who pays for this? or do they just get away with it (if they have done wrong)?

What assets did they move? (genuine question).

There is no suggestion (reading Appleton's statement) that the GS was moved - his description of the dispute centres on the confusion over names suggesting that SISU are asserting that the GS was with Holdings all along. Nowhere is it suggested the GS was moved.
