That amounts to?..... Well you do the maths Fishface. It certainly is not what you would expect if playing at the Ricoh is it?

Mr Fisher, @ a forum early last season, you stated that if you didn't do your job,
then you wouldn't get paid,

you clearly haven't included that at least 100 will buy a £3 programme and some will buy a pie

no-one will buy a drink, as everyone will have to drive home

all in all, an income a darn site less than a JPT home tie against Ebsfleets under 11's

Car parking is £4 for non season ticket holders-so anyone going can add that onto their petrol costs.

You have to knock 20% off for VAT. £4 on a £20 ticket - £2.60 on £13.00.

I worked out that the wages bill would be £1.3 million a year on a 3,000 gate. You have to include the away fans in the total, but there are rumours that 100 of the season tickets which SISU have 'purchased' are for corporate sponsors. On a gate of 1,200 ish the figures are obviously much much worse.

You also have to bear in mind the transfer embargo allows us now to sell. They must be looking to off load Baker, Murphy and Clarke to save money. Any of those go, we are in serious trouble.

Doomed.

I wouldn't worry too much. If they stay away, then they aren't coventry city anymore, if they come back, attendances will rise (as some will forgivee and forget - very short memories some people), or they will arrange yet another fudge with the FL, claiming because they are playing in a temporary stadium they will have temporary exemption from the FFP rules!

Once the FL broke one of their rules they were compelled to break each and every other rule otherwise they could never justify breaking the rule on location! Can imagine other clubs are going to raise a stink about cov sooner or later (a few clubs are going to be pissed they only got 10 points!)

Not only VAT but there are numerous other expenses such as office materials and electricity (computers don't run on water!) I've worked in a lot of offices and can assure you that it costs a lot of money to keep one going. several offices I've worked in have free coffee and tea for example.

I'm gonna be there, we need to try and keep the teams spirits high so they can make up the 10 point deduction. It's not the boys fault the owners of the ricoh and the owners of the club are incompetent
