Jose Perdermo?
Sent from my phone using my chubby sausage fingers so please excuse any errors.
He was Uruguayan rather than Honduran and a Sillett signing, I think? Good technical ability, but far too slow for English football. He managed 4 games for us.
The Honduran's signed by Strachan (or rather Richardson, I suspect!) were Jairo Martinez and Ivan Guerrero. Martinez was a striker who scored a couple of goals when we were desperate for a forward, but never looked good enough. I can't remember Guerrero playing for us, but I think he got a few games. He was a left back and went on to have a reasonable career in America. He always looked quite good in FM. I suppose that they were trying to replicate the method of "sign them in 2's" so that they don't get too homesick like they did with the Moroccan's; problem being that Hadji and Chippo not only played in Europe already, but were much better footballers!
And then there was the Peruvian, Israel Zuniga, who I think often gets unfairly branded as Honduran just because he was rubbish.
All of the above were better than Runar Normann, who I remember mostly for being subbed after coming on as a sub and for scoring in the UEFA Cup against an English club years later (Newcastle? Spurs?).
Strachan annoyed me most for having his favourites-Telfer, his son, Williams. And playing players out of position-Salako, Breen(!) Froggatt and Telfer as full-backs, for example. Oh and for never giving Aloisi a proper run in the side, even after he'd scored that hatrick
