Can relate.

same. It's a really weird feeling. Let's be honest, if we do go up, we're unlikely to be troubling the top half of the Championship so this is a once in a lifetime experience unless we become a Championship/League 1 yoyo team like Rotherham (which is progress given the last few years).

Id be quietly confident we could stay up.. Our system and style of play might get us a few more wins than we'd expect

Not many teams play it and it's difficult to play against
Id be delighted to finish 20th if I'm honest lol

It's not the NOPM fans we should be begging to come along, it's the 'I've been to a few games at St Andrews but cba to go every week' crowd.

There's loads of them. They all went to Birmingham at home.

I get the point that it's more of a hassle going, it may even be slightly more expensive but these games are huge.

I don’t agree with us being there either mate

A nice idea, but will the negative moaners who will now turn up and expect nothing less than 6-0 every week and criticise every stray pass please keep their thoughts to themselves.

This is the best season in the living memeory of anyone under 56

I'm 54 and the Cup season was great, success at last, my first trip to Wembley for the cup final at 21.

My lad is 13. He's seen a promotion and seen two victories at Wembley. Now we're flying high at the top of the league.

Out of the two I would say it's better now.

Beating Rochdale and Southend is great but standing toe to toe with the great sides in history like Leeds United, Liverpool and Manchester United as an equal was also fantastic and winning the FA Cup trumps a Checkatrade trophy.
That said this is the here and now and without the play off win we wouldn't be challenging at the top of league one.
Let's see how history judges this period, was it a stepping stone or the peak?

People know mate believe me they know most just can’t be arsed but it gives them an excuse
Actually...your comment is flawed. it is sometimes harder not to follow the masses.(ok that’s debatable). Some are as determined not to go as others who cannot stop going. Both principled groups of people.

Actually we can.

If they’re staying away as they see SISU as 100% to blame for this situation then they’re wrong, no way around it. If they’re staying away because we’re not in Cov then ok, different scenario.

ahem...Who are SISU in all this. The club is called Coventry City for a reason. It would help If we were back in Coventry. I posted that I would tolerate SISU if back in Cov.

And so would lots of others no doubt.

Wish I could go Tuesday, but have to work afternoons. I would like to see a good crowd as the lads deserve it, and we all want to get back to cov next season hopefully in the championship.
