Why did the Administrator recommend Otium as the preferred bidder when records show it is breaking the law in respect of the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 - a criminal offence and against Football Leage rules ? Otium has not applied for dormant status and is still listed as active with a proposal to strike it off at Companies House. Answers please ?

Maybe this is something that didn't come into the administrator's equation or under his remit?

Even more importantly why has the Football League even agreed to discuss the way forward with Otium when not only is Otium in breach of Football League rules but is committing an offence under the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 ? Even Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Limited and Sky Blue Sports and Leisure are committing the same offences. You can't tell me the Football League is unaware of this ?

Well, they were unaware that The Coventry City Ltd changed its name to CCFC Holdings and thus awarded the golden share on relegation to the wrong company all those years ago, so who knows. It's not beyond possibility.

surely this would be against football league regulations and considering the administrator was in charge of sale wouldn't he primarily be accountable and in effect not doing his job properly, I still say that in regards to football clubs the FA or FL should be in charge of appointing administrators , that way there is no bias towards either party .because lets be honest mr Appleton was always leaning towards SISU from day one and has done administrative work for them before ,all a big con
