I'd have kept him. Despite being Penalty Man.

Good luck to the lad. Sometimes you need a change of environment and new challenges to progress. He may have been a bit raw at times, but he always put the effort in.

Agree with this, I'm not bitter about ex-players, but feel it was time to move on as he wasn't consistent enough for me.

Hope he gets a contract somewhere else and adds that consistency to his game.

Kieran made an interesting comment on the podcast. Said he needed to move somewhere away from his family. Maybe he's getting too much pressure from his Dad or the tweets being made aren't going down well with TM.

Shame to see him go,he made some mistakes for sure, but i think if he got 6-10 games
under his belt with no major hiccups, you could have a quality full back on your hands. IMO

A dedicated Sky Blue who has suffered greatly because of frequent changes of managers. This could be the ideal move for him and am sure true supporters will hope that he has a good future. Silly comments from TM saying he gave away penalties every other game in fact he gave away two pens and one was trying to cover for an error made by a fellow defender. Good luck Aaron it will be great to welcome you back to the Ricoh or the BPA! For you guys who like statistics just look at the teams record when Aaron was selected in the starting XI with thst win ratio we would have had promotion? Perhaps CA will take a look he is an expert with stats! A great loss but one day he will return as captain of CCFC.

Good kid, committed and best of luck to him, but for people to say, 'Great potential' and suggest we would have been promoted if he had started every game is silly. Best way it's been put is that he was competent at this level. If we are to progress we need players which can push us on. Solid back up, but was never going to be an first-choice player for us.

Given lots of opportunities and failed to really impress. He's 22 and shouldn't be making the number of mistakes he does. I don't think it's just his mistakes either, he lacks composure and maturity in his game.

Dead right. I liked him and thought he should have had more of a run. But, at 22 he shouldn't be diving in on people, waving his hands and the like. Maybe he was trying too hard to impress hence why he might do better by moving away from home.

He does, it's his lack of composure and maturity that bring about the mistakes.

Always looked better going forward than defending. Sh*t or bust when it came to going for a challenge and he always looked vulnerable in the air because of his lack of height. That said he was a way more determined tackler than Lorenzen (forgive the spelling!)

People might see you comments as 'wumming' but what you are saying is quite true.

Sure he was part of the 'clean sheet' record breaking defence too.

Still think it's the right time to let him go though. Cost us too many goals through silly erros
