Maybe by signing the CVA all this wont go away....
Never have worked for ACL
I posted just what was said on the radio
ACL asked FL if they would broker talks on Monday at their meeting. ACL placed no conditions on the talks
JS was contacted Tuesday, needed time to think
JS replied mid day Wednesday said no not unless ACL signed the CVA first
Offer remains on table but will be reviewed after ACL see what happens at the CVA meeting 22/07
In ACL's opinion the ability to hold talks and the CVA are not linked. Whatever happens with CVA the assets of the club are presently in CCFC H and they are operating the Club. If CCFC Ltd liquidated the club would still be there
ACL want CCFC at the Ricoh
Question - why is the signing of the CVA so important ?
Thought you were doing something around the time this kicked off? Or was it for Higgs?
utter rubbish, did you hear what was said on the radio ? Joy Seppalla has vetoed any meeting.ask the council? they are also stopping the meeting going ahead
both sides r complete dicks

i heard it,i also see council refuse to sign CVA to get meeting to go ahead
just like the refused to negotiate an acceptable rent years ago, or even entertain selling 50% of ricoh
it didnt have to come to this
greedy cunts

Do you think it is right to expect that before you sit round the table. Or should that be part of the negotiations.
Without it what is ACL's bargaining chip?
ACL must not be sign this cva. Once it is that kills dead any investigation into how this debt occurred. PWKH has just said on CWR that Joy Seppella has said she won't okay any joint meeting with ACL and the football league whilst this cva is unsigned, ask yourselves why. Ainsworth is putting pressure on from the Parliament angle and there is pressure from Companies House, our MEP and our two other MPs. have edms in too. SISU will have reasons to kill off any investigation into their affairs and if that cva is signed do you trust Seppalla, Fisher and co will honour any meeting or implement any proposal put to them. As for our continuing transfer embargo, under certain circumstances the FL will allow players to join, they did so last season at Portsmouth a number of times.
Sisu don't want it to be part of the negotiation. Without it ACL has nothing.
They can either say: Ok, we sign the CVA and show willingness to start a fresh, or they can refuse the CVA and say 'Goodbye and good riddance'.
If they don't sign, the club has definetely played the last game at the Ricoh.
If they sign, well then it's down to the rent for the next 3-4 years. If it's approximately the same overall cost as at sixfields I think we will play at the Ricoh. More expensive, we won't.

ACL will only commit to the meeting while the CVA is on the table unsigned.
Why would there need to be an investigation into how the debt has occurred? OSB has done analysis after analysis and has already described where the figures come from.
Just a quick calculation for you Godiva:
Selling out at Sixfields 23 games a season: 23 x 7,500 x £15 (including STs at roughly £300)= £2.6m, less £100k rent= £2.5m
Average crowds at Ricoh for 23 games a season: 23 x 10,000 x £15= £3.5m, less £400k rent= £3.1m.
We will of course not get a full house at Northampton every single game of the season and so the difference will be magnified. We are taking a hit on our own finances to spite a stadium management company.
half full or half empty?
it could be said SISU have agreed to the talks under the FL if the CVA is signed.
It will cost ACL over half a million if they don't sign so they will probably sign it next week anyway.
they could sign it now and start negotiations a week earlier.
imp:
No he hasn't, he has analysed the publically available which is out of date, clearly insufficient information to understand what was done.
It's irrelevant to SISU though. The principle is that if they make a deal with ACL that is less favourable than what they wanted originally it's all been a waste of time.
They should be driven by what represents the better deal for the club and the numbers show it ain't Sixfields.

The other thing to say is that your crowds at the Ricoh are based on the premise that the NOPM campaign won't get off the ground.
Even if City are at the Ricoh, nobody is going with SISU in charge I've heard.
Why is Septic refusing to meet round the table for talks? Or at least until the CVA is signed off. No delving into financial "Goings on" after it's signed, that's why! covcity4life, stop talking out of your arse mate, this is purely down to Septic, who is running scared now..allegedly!
No, sisu are taking a financial hit.
I do not agree it is 'to spite ACL' - it's an investment in future profit from adding a stadium to the club.

That's not what he said at all.
