ACL Sky Blues- a "back door" take over ? (3 Viewers)

Not sure how, or if, this would work ACL now has access to all revenue and monies held. Why not transfer all the funds/contracts etc into a new company ie, ACL Sky Blues ? That way, ACL Sky Blues would own half the stadium, have access to all revenues and leave SISU up the creek without a paddle. Not sure if the Football League rules would allow this or even if it's possible. Any thoughts ?

I suggested about a year ago that instead of SISU getting the stadium, ACL buy the club.

I think OSB had good reasons it couldn't happen though.

wouldnt work because the League share is owned by CCFC and not transferrable .................... the charges are specific to particular income or funds held by 3rd parties, it doesnt imply that ACL control CCFC in any sense ...... they only control how those particular funds are applied.

Gutted about MR but got the feeling he knew about ACL & told they would struggle to give him funds in the summer. Just hope we can sort something out & we don't go the same way as Portsmouth
