It is a stance hull Doncaster and Ipswich all took. They had the whole if their respective population begind them - hence they won. I guess if hull was full of sky blue johns they would also now have no club.

From a decent poster who I respect this is sulky playground nonsense
you even sound like churchill
You may be right but the truth is we are the only football club in this position who have not had supporter unity behind their stance. For so called supporters to gleefully be wondering when admin is due we now deserve whatever is coming.

Grendal you disgust me ! You really think the potential liquidation of the club is a better option than the chance of potential new owners who have the clubs best interest at heart!
Grendel is one of those who has consistently supported SISU's ownership because the alternative would be potential liquidation. Let's be very clear on this issue: administration is what many have wanted for a very long time. Let's see how it plays out.

So when Fisher threatened that the Ugly Ducklings were prepared to "get out of town", it was somewhat akin to a man who is facing a firing squad threatening that he was going to kill himself unless they let him go?
until it all goes to court, does that mean sisu can still liquidate?
Grendal you disgust me ! Are you and you're buddy's just trolls? You really think the potential liquidation of the club is a better option than the chance of potential new owners who have the clubs best interest at heart!
You are clearly of limited intellectual ability so I will go easy on you;
Fact 1 - last time we were in this position only the Mayfair hedge fund were interested
Fact 2 - we are less attractive as an investment than we were at fact 1 stage
Fact 3 - from the start of punitive league action regarding administration only one club has improved league status since entering administration
Fact 4 - we will be the first club to effectively be wound up by the local council all other similar situations have resulted in the club getting its way
Is that understandable or do I need big crayons?
There's people on here who would be outraged if ACL said play at the ricoh for nowt, in fact they'd rather see the club wound up.
I hope this lad knows his stuff.....seems to think ACL have been talking to a potential buyer for some time?

Well this is my hope.Unless ACL are completely stupid surely they would have been quietly trying to find new owners,or else they could be left with ahuge white elephant with no realistic alternative use of the stadium, and the loss of £400,000 rental income.ACL surely can't contemplate a huge virtually brand new stadium, just lying empty for years to come.Only Coventry City Football Club can realistically play there,so if SISU can't agree a deal with them, then they need to try and locate new owners. If not then they will have almost certainlly killed the club.I hope this lad knows his stuff.....seems to think ACL have been talking to a potential buyer for some time?

Only SISU with the commercial acumen of a grape were prepared to pay for a loss making club with no assets / negative assets - hence they were the only buyers all other sensible business people would have waited for administration to get it for free / debt free and probably would have renegotiated with ACL rent rates F&B not wait 4 seasons to start the renegotiations.
Well you have all got what you wanted you must be so proud. You all worship the council and its quango.
This will not be filed until May so its minus 10 points next season. that is if we can find anyone as stupid as SISU to take us on.
My belief is this is the end of the football club but for most "supporters" this is trivial. We need to worship the ACL temple it is all that matters.

Darryl Murphy @darryljoemurphy This 'potential buyer' is said to be very interested - and does have the necessary funds #skyblues #pusb
Darryl Murphy @darryljoemurphy If #skyblues go into admin - ACL would appoint administrator. ACL would then try to negotiate lease with this potential buyer #skyblues
Darryl Murphy @darryljoemurphy I understand ACL have been speaking to a potential buyer for @Coventry_City for some time. #skyblues #pusb
could be a royal flush ferret...
