QPR are looking to sign Addai to replace Begovic who's out of contract . Apparently No 2 Joe Walsh who played against usin the last match is also out of contract. I thought Walsh looked good.

Walsh did look very good

Got to say it’s very impressive of him to forge himself the career he has so far in arguably the most difficult position to do so when you’re released from your parent club.

Wasn't he released because of poor professionalism/disciplinary issues rather than on ability?

I hope I haven't misremembered that, I will retract if not true.

Remember seeing him mixing with fans at the 2018 Play off final. He's massive. Seems he's knuckled down and could be playing Championship football next season. As I recall he was a bit of clown when here, making silly errors and trying to be too fancy.

I think they always rated him, and he's bloody huge! But I think time ran out for him, I'm sure I heard Oggy saying he was very talented.

He was very immature at that time
Always getting into scrapes
Hopefully he's put that behind him as he's basically a decent person

He did start out at Arsenal.

Was always a really nice lad but no commitment to training at youth level... Hopefully he has managed to knuckle down with a bit of experience because he is so talented

Arsenal youth staff were fond of him too

Very true about Arsenal
Addai was there from a young age but he had the same immaturity issues there too
PL clubs don't give too many chances to lads who aren't 100% committed
