Clive Platt Mk II? Has looked unplayable at times and is a real handful. But incredibly slow, not the best goalscoring record, and very inconsistent. Aidys spoiled goods? I'd have thought we could do better than a forward from a team propping up the league, but then, maybe not..

Didn't realise the US was an internet free zone.. that is where most transfer rumours come from these days.

For what it's worth I also think it's a bit of the old bs, but there's no need to put him down before he's named his source.

It's comments like this that makes me think this guy has seen Ade and Platt both play recently. I haven't put him down. I'm probing for sources.

He says "doing the rounds on the rumour mill"

from that I would guess it is just something maybe seen on twitter or other football rumour sites and doesn't suggest he has any real source.

Could be wrong however.

Internet forum: rumour, gossip, bullshit, lies, make-belief, entertainment - any information from such a source should be treated with care, disdain and not taken seriously.

Lets be honest - BBC and CNN are full of bollox so a site like this should hardly be treated as gospel

Nobody is having a go mate it is just that 99% of rumours off there are bull, one further down the page says we are signing Keith Houchen and someone off here posted they had seen Santa Cruz outside Highfield road with Chris Coleman just to prove the point.

Christ Nick, you must have been quick to view my post. I couldnt remember his user name, so put 'newbie' (incase hawkeyed members spotted there was a 'blank'. I did change it though once I seen their name again ;)

ha, it wasnt aimed at you. Just generally :)

Some peopple might sign up and not know what is cool and what isn't so jumping on them just scares them off and makes them feel silly :(
