Yes, that's how it's meant to be.

Signed up users and people signed in get very very minimal. If there are issues for signed in users I try and sort them (like they have been).

If it's somebody just trying to WUM, oh well.

There have been issues on mobile rather than desktop. I’ve not had problems lately though.
