Thought this needed it's own thread.

Anybody seen that Nationwide advert with the old woman going on about her mum turning a carrier bag inside out? It annoys me.

Also a car one where it goes silent for about 10 seconds and have to check the TV isn't broken.

Not annoying, but the recent cancer ones are like a kick in the face. I know they need to be hard hitting but a couple of them do hit you hard. Same with the one with the lad in school who's dad has died!

The Trivago ones with the Aussie woman are fairly straightforward and alright, but there's one where she's dancing for some reason that stands out as shit.

I hate that silent car one, but I'm kind of in awe at how effective it is at the same time.

There was a McDonald's one on a while back about a kid who's dad had died and the mum was saying how similar they were

I believe they pulled that advert as it didn't go down well with a lot of people. I listen to a lot of radio and must hear PPI adverts half a dozen times an hour. I can't believe there could still be people entitled to a claim after what feels like 10 years worth of incessant adverts. The new one is to do with claiming compo if your flight is delayed, now that surely isn't worth advertising every ten minutes.

Can't remember the last time I watched live tv. So the only advert I really see is that trading app one on YouTube.

The old skittles advert with the guy who turned everything he touched into skittles. I'll never not be narked by that advert. HOW DOES HE PUT HIS WORK CLOTHES ON??

Adverts that annoy me?? Every bleedin' advert that's ever been made!

Whats My Claim .com I think it is? Some berk with some chavvy tart who thinks it's really trendy to talk "ghetto" - You Get Me??? And him with his jokes so crap they should have been quoted in the other thread.

Hotels.com captain obvious is a prick

I hate the new Fosters one with those two cockends standing in the sun.

All betting ads, trying to sucker people in to a damaging addiction by pretending it is cool and manly.
Must be absolutely terrible, if you've got a gambling habit and you can't even watch the half time adverts without seeing Ray Winstone telling you what's odds you'll get on Kane scoring the next goal

To be fair, it can't be much different to an alcoholic seeing beer adverts.

The Vodafone one where Martin Freeman inhabits the ghost of David Brent at the wedding. The ad itself is actually pretty decent but what's he thinking talking over someone's video of the first dance? Sort yourself out Tim.

All the ones with 50 something Z list actors talking about life insurance over a nice cuppa
And a biscuit

Anything with talking dogs in! I think there is one with Jessica Ennis (might be a bank) but she just sits there and the twat dog talks shite

The Lottery ones.

"Don't let (insert name of shit celebrity) win".

The Fosters one where the twat on the beach says something like "Who can even do that".

Loads the more I think about it.

That's a good choice, I love Christmas stuff but it should be contained completely for that time and never let out the rest of the year.

Any of the Sixt adverts. Sends out the wrong messages on so many levels

I tend to zone out of TV adverts, it's bloody radio ones that offend my whilst I'm driving. Often cheesy and ridiculous, but it's the jingles I find most annoying, particularly when I find myself either sub-consciously humming along to them or repeating them through the day when they're not even on grrrrrrr! Clever advertising by them, but infuriating.

Any lady product adverts as they always come on when I'm eating

All the ads for goods & services that add an element of finance......so basically fucking everything these days.

I saw an ad the other day for a car....(Merc A-class I think) and it was on a finance deal of £xxx/month & they also offered a "deposit contribution" of £2K.......

Its not a contribution......its just adding £2K + interest to the consumers debt FFS.

Adverts for fanny rags. I DON'T NEED THEM!! And the missus hasn't needed them for at least 25 years! :wtf::wtf::wtf::wtf:

That McDonald's American stack advert on the radio!

The Toyota ads for cricket highlights on channel 5, just fuck off!!!

Those bloody MCE insurance ads are awful..... first one they did was funny I think but afterwards went down hill quickly

One ad I do like at the mo is the Samsung S8 one with Rufus Wainwright delivering a fantastic rendition of John Lennon's Across the Universe.

Hauntingly beautiful.
