1. You publish an article a few days after completely ignoring anything they have ever done wrong.
2. One of your board members uses multiple accounts to have a go at anybody who mentions the council, he makes things up to get away from it.
3. The person who wrote the article openly thinks there should be no pressure on the council or Wasps.
4. The article was checked over by an ex council leader.

How do we know they are pressured in any way, shape or form? Duggins doesn't seem to think so when he is bragging about Public Relations after making something up completely. Their PR company didn't think so when "Supporters Direct" were working with them.

Let's stop pissing about, people aren't thick and it's an insult to try and treat them as if they are. We aren't people who can be told "SISU are taking all the money" to get fired up.

Again, it's at the Trust in general rather than CJ the person!

This isn't happening and the aforementioned upcoming conformation of the facts will state that.

Why did you only pick that one bit out of the whole post?

I already know it isn't happening, my point was that a lot of the members on here aren't as easily swayed if somebody just gives them a bit of information. They want to know details, explanations, discuss it in detail.

You didn't acknowledge any of the other points apart from the easy one where you could miss my point.

Considering you are doing it at a game that's on TV, do you not realise it is pointing fingers? Who exactly is it aimed at?

I'll be frank, the Trust are just looking like a PR company for hire. I will say now that any article they are involved with in the national media will say nothing that could be deemed as negative about any of the other parties.

It's no wonder Duggins can be so smug about it.

This is simply not true. It is possible to say in a demonstration "we've got a serious problem, there are multiple parties at fault but let's rise above that and concentrate on finding solution and showing the world what our club means to us and it's community". Please note it's obviously not going to be exactly that as it would be be a shit chant!

Maybe you are just being a bit naive?

How in any of that does it pressure ccc, sisu or wasps?

Fair enough they can;t talk about legal action. The question being asked now though is how are they going to keep the club in Coventry. Are they going to pressure London Wasps to agreeing a deal and if not what alternatives are they going to offer the club. There should be nothing stopping them answering these questions. If they refuse to answer then they should be targeted, if they was their hands they should be targeted and it needs to happen now.

This has happened and will continue to happen.

Think back to Arsenal. That was the most effective form of protest we've had. As a fanbase I believe we need to show a united front and show what the club means to us. This is one way of doing it.

Tbf it's not aimed at us. It's for the facebookers who will get all worked up about 'Tom' Fisher, frothing at the gash about anything and everything despite none of them having attended a game since Wembley.
It will certainly get people a bit fired up for a protest at the game won't it? Had best hope we win.

Not sure what happened there - but quoted the wrong post. Was supposed to be to Nick's about people here not being idiots

How and where?

Meetings mainly. Same goes with the other parties. It's simply not always possible to broadcast what we've been doing.

What did the trust say/ask of them? Do the questions have to remain confidential?

Due to the legal action it probably will have too stay that way.

Why not?

You are having secret meetings with one side but protests against others. David Johnson is letting slip a new club could play at the ricoh.

People really aren't stupid. The fact I and others have been one step ahead in predicting the meetings shows you that.

Like I said, people on here don't get fobbed off with a snippet. They add things up and all the trust keep doing is adding to it.

Does nobody understand why liquid gold suggested openness?

You can’t even say what you asked? How would a question alone be confidential? I’m not asking for the response. How can people judge if pressure is applied without an example of what was asked?

Because of all parties the one who SISU would tell anything controversial that could affect any impending court case would be the Trust. I mean they've been such loyal SISU supporters ….

I think you might be over-egging the influence or ability to get answers to questions that they wouldn't share publicly. Still it makes everyone feel important I suppose.

That's nonsense and you are hiding behind it.

You can ask them things about ccfc unrelated to the legal action.

When you say things like that it looks even more suspicious.

You can tell us what you said to them, if they hide behind legal nonsense that's on them.

You hiding behind it with them looks bad, can you really not see that?

Despite the myth busting I still have zero faith in all parties being pressured equally. The different treatment of the various parties proves this.

See previous posts. I can't say any more than that. I've just been advised I shouldn't.

Does David have his meetings at SISU HQ 3pm Saturdays? Neither he or Joy attend games so it seems a perfect time.

Can you confirm if you asked wasps why they initially refused to discuss because of legal action, but changed their mind. Did you ask what is different this time? I’m not asking for their answer. Just whether you asked it.

It's nonsense. You can openly put a list to them.

David Johnson also let slip as well, I guess that's why it wasn't mentioned in the overview?

Why are the trust bullshitting about it? They can quite easily apply pressure on wasps.

Unless of course there's the risk of sisu using something like the supporters direct and pr companies thing again?

Both of them do.
Do you mean away games? David attended an away game with us, might have been Scunthorpe but could have been Wycombe and pretty much said he doesn't go to home games.

In fact what are you hoping to achieve? We'll look shitty to other fans as it's on tv and there will be many rightly saying why didn't they do this when things were going well, eg at Wembley. It will unsettle and create a hostile atmosphere, not to mention that it will be a splinter group not all out of not a huge following. They don't listen, they won't go and you're trying to antagonise them for no reason. They will sort the ground, I have faith it will still happen. This will go to the highest court before it finishes. The end game I am convinced will be soon after that. All parties are accountable in this mess, but it will be a demo only directed towards the owners. Support the team and enjoy doing so, that's our job as fans and let the other stuff take care of itself.

We may look shittyif nothing is done on our only TV game. People will think we don't give a toss.

Or people who tune in to watch a L1 game at 12pm when they have United V Liverpool in the afternoon followed by Chelsea v Man City in the cup final, might actually not give a toss and want to watch the game rather than some overweight lunatics pretending to care, knowing their protest is futile and upsetting the team to boot. I doubt we'll get any sympathy or respect, so perhaps just back the team instead.

Is this the one where we all waved cards and then SISU sold up and left?

Was it? What did it achieve? That was at a packed Emirates.

There is looking pretty and there's effective. Sometimes it's both, that one wasnt

Is it really not sinking in what is stopping people from uniting behind the trust?

Why is being it such an alien concept?

Both of them do.

Can the Trust fund a simple survey of CCFC fans.

Q. Have you attend a Wasps game (Y/N)
Q. If yes, in the event that Wasps do not give CCFC a deal to remain at the Ricoh will you continue to attend any further Wasps games

We need a way to highlight to them the potential damage that they may cause not only ACL due to lack of revenues, but also Wasps due to fans that shun them as a result. Maybe the outcome of such survey would show negligible numbers, however it may help focus Wasps minds on the commercial impact of their decision. Money talks, bullshit walks and all that...

CJ has already said he is totally opposed to the idea of boycotting Wasps

If we are kicked out it should be full throttle on trying to get people to boycott Wasps games and for us all to protest.

Would be a bit late then.

As liquid gold has said, it's about the showing of the teeth of it.
