So, Brendan McCullum…

Did not see that coming ! I’ve always really liked McCullum as a player and commentator/analyst…whether he’s the best man for the job, fuck knows, but after Silverwood/Root I’d like the think McCullum/Stokes is a step up. Got my interest anyway

Yer, that's my view too. Hopefully a step away from the formulaic/regimented approach from Root/Silverwood and start by selecting the best team and get them enjoying playing for England again. The Ashes away reminded me of the England football team prior to Southgate, so shit-scared of losing and reliant on instructions, they couldn't think for themselves.

I hasn’t taken the English bowling coaches long to break another one Mahmood out for the season with a back fracture.

Matt Fisher also out for the season with a fracture.

At what point does the coaching need to be looked at, other sides don't seem to get this many injuries and we do seem to have a habit of trying to change peoples actions, you'd hope someone has looked to make sure these things aren't linked.

Other nations let bowlers with strange actions just bowl we have to re-engineer them causing strains that their bodies aren’t used to.

If one thing at least the McCullum/Stokes leadership will not be afraid to try different stuff in the field rather that the regimented "stick to the training manual" leadership of the silverwood/root days

Not enthralled by the idea of Matthew Mott as white ball coach. He has absolutely no experience at the top level of cricket. Seems to be more politically motivated unfortunately.

He's coached NSW and Glamorgan. Just because he hasn't failed before at a mens international side doesn't mean he doesn't have a lot of top level.

The aussie ladies team are also top level as well

Sorry Boosh

Yes Glamorgan, top level cricket👍 Also I believe he was assistant coach at KKR. I would be interested in knowing his achievements in these roles as you clearly know?

The Australian ladies team are a top level ladies team agreed. No comparison to the male game

You said he had no top level experience Booshy when he does. He's also won the Sheffield Shield as a coach.

He's a far more experienced coach than say McCullum

You need to do your research Boosh if you want to keep "shitposting"

Depends on your definition of top level. I’m sure Marnus Labuschagne would consider Glamorgan the pinnacle of his career. Or no doubt Brad Haddin considers said Sheffield Shield win as his greatest achievement.

I am disappointed of the appointment of Mccullum. However I would rather discuss that with someone who has even a basic understanding of cricket.

There’s plenty of drivel. The SBT foreign correspondent who said Finland would never join nato knows as much about cricket as football goal line technology

I’m like you on here g. They talk about me whenever I’m not around as they would do with me. We’re missed.

Unfortunately for O’drivel, as much as he tries to be relevant, if he were to leave, his void could easily be filled by another drunken, rambling Irish man

You’ve saved a jpg named Grendel. Genuinely, please get help. You’re not okay

Because it's a picture I am saying is him

Mate I know you are stupid but people usually called things by names that are related to what they are.

This is why your mum called you "Thickcunt" on your birth certificate.
