They've paid NTFC the annual rent. They've paid an extra amount to cover pitch wear & tear.

They're looking to snap up some real estate on the cheap.

Why would SISU meekly return and give ACL rent and have nothing to show for it?

The bad news is SISUs actions indicate playing at Sixfields for the foreseeable.

I'm not sure that SISU can appeal directly to the European court themselves...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Court_of_Justice#Overview

But if they make it to the Court of Appeal (which isn't guaranteed) then that court should refer the case if the EU law is not clear...

http://www.richardbuxton.co.uk/v3.0/node/51

I think that interpretation of clarity is left to the judges in the appeal court. If they refuse the appeal, or come to the same judgement and consider the EU law sufficiently clear in this case, then I think that's finally game over for SISU.

It doesn't look good that Sisu haven't actually come up with a reason for the appeal yet. Just keep repeating the "wrong in fact and law" line, which is just the standard "we're going to appeal" line.

If I had to guess, I'd say they've got nothing, even those on here could only come up with "The figures for the losses one year are wrong in the summary".

Here's hoping they are laughed out of the appeal court and we can move on.

No talks happening.
Why would they especially now they have received transfer fees to cover another season at sixfields.
The game hasn't changed the only way of a return is to force Sisu out or force them to negotiate. For this to happen we need zero home fans at sixfields. Something which I don't expect to happen.

No RICOH news as there was never any in the first place, it was all stirred up by people Bullshiting on this Forum trying to look clever, instead they just look like turds
