Honestly, I think the best thing we can do is just ignore him. Let him say what he wants to say...free speech and all that.
Lets focus on what we can control, rather than what we cannot. I think people are starting to see the wood through the trees (or whatever that saying is) which makes his statements stand out even more. Leave him to it, don't bother engaging.
He'll get bored if no one interacts.
lol so now the indemnity is public, they’re just going to accept it’s not happening so now they’re chasing other avenues to avoid the criticism of wasps
Another couple
What is the purpose of a football club trust?
Is it the same as a football clubs supporters club?
My answer to the second is no
Problem is that they want increased fan involvement, but all they’re doing is pushing against the owners - if anything they’re moving further and further away from fan involvementThe purpose of the trust is to improve fan involvement in running the club. That’s why I’m not sure campaigning is their best use TBH. Reflecting the opinions of the fan base should be though.

Sadly though, he's now the voice of the Trust and strangely the one speaking to the media. Now the Indemnity has been pointed out, he is strangely trying to ignore this to just go on about building a new stadium.
CJ seems to have vanished.
They’ve got no intention of changing. It’s a closed club. Just look at Neil’s responses
None of them have any interest. Even cj has vanished.Maybe I'm being naive but hopefully the essence of this week and what 'we' have done, will be start of dialogue with all of the board of the SBTr - not just him.
We shall see.

It will be the same as every other time, they will act like victims, spin some stuff again and then reappear when they are asked to.
You just have to look at the stuff Neil is coming out with to see they have no interest in what people think or want from the trust.
As it goes. Where’s your best mates - they’re normally chiming in nowlol he’s back on form
He actually seems to being coached by Ginetta which is very worrying!
All they have to do to get an open meeting is send them an open letter promising negative press and protests if they don't meet. The thing I find irritating is if the trust met the club/SISU under NDA. It would be turned in the huge issue and how bad it is that we can’t hear what was said. But with wasps and so on it’s fine.

What's he saying?lol he’s back on form

Who was that? They have drafted in somebody who has a PR company but it has backfired it seems.

Then we (hi Pete) need to keep banging that drum in the media about working together. They're not going to want to hear continued 'they won't speak to us - arguably the largest CCFC fans forum' in local media over a period of time.
I hear what you and G are saying but surely there will come a point were they will *have* to engage in dialogue with representatives of here or elsewhere. It's surely the only way they can survive going forward.
We need to stop all this 'yeah but they won't talk to us' and the 'look what so and so is coming out with now on twatter'. I believe, rightly or wrongly, we need to have some sort of plan in place to engage in discussions with them on how we unite the fan base (as much as we can) going forward.
If you offer a petulant child who won't listen, some sweets, they listen. It's how you pitch that which is key. This 'support us in getting Wasps to drop the indemnity' obviously isn't working.
Constitutionally, the Trust isn't working as well as they think they are. Let's use the knowledge and ideas from here to put something more robust that we can take to them in a more structured manner, rather than constant back and forths on Twitter and on here.

Exactly. The statement wasn’t meant to be used a weapon to beat the Trust with. Stop the dull point scoring and let’s be constructive about the “what happens next”.
The trust have one aim. To install Hoffman as owner of the club and see this as an opportunity. It’s very obvious and I’ve always said they should just admit it and sell it to the fan base. Instead they pretend the “hold everyone to account” nonsense - they should just make this position clear and move on
The thing is though they have no interest in working with fans outside of their group.
I have tried over and over again to get them to try and build some sort of bridge with the Trust and members on here. I have offered moderated forums where a section with constructive views and ideas can be made. People can put forward discussions for upcoming meetings etc.
It's like banging heads against a wall because they have no interest. Whilst people like CJ say it's a great idea there are others who have no interest in working with other fan groups / forums in the slightest and they seem to have the overall say.
When MMJ's fundraiser was going on, it was a battle with them to even tweet about it. CJ said he had to persuade them to tweet about it.
Again, just seems to take being questioned as abuse.
He wont be able to back up these abuse claims, he just has no interest and wants to act a victim because he has no answers.
For god sake man...let it lie...leave him to it!!!
His last sentence is telling...seemingly an olive branch for some common ground. Maybe we don't roll you out early doors ;-)
