Don’t see a thread for this, but a link below linking us with a lad from Anderlecht, saying it’s a done deal.

Not sure of the reliability on the source.

Coventry, United Kingdom – Coventry City has strengthened its offensive options with the acquisition of 26-year-old Danish midfielder Anders Dreyer from Anderlecht. The club announced the transfer this Friday, specifying that the playmaker has joined the team for an undisclosed amount.

Dreyer, who plays primarily as a central attacking midfielder (CAM), arrives at the Coventry Building Society Arena with the reputation of being a creative and experienced player. International Danish, the left-hander is recognised for his exceptional vision, his refined technique, and his calm with the ball.

The 26-year-old midfielder is also praised for his intelligence on the field, often in the right positions to receive the ball and orchestrate the attacks. His vision and passing quality make him a considerable threat in the last third of the field, capable of delivering assists that destabilise the defences.

Dreyer's arrival adds depth and creativity to Coventry City's midfield, giving Mark Robins another versatile option as the Sky Blues look to rise to the top of the standings. Although the amount of the transfer remains confidential, the club seems to consider Dreyer as a long-term investment, reflecting their ambitions in the Championship.

Anders Dreyer should join his new teammates immediately and could make his debut at the next Coventry game. Supporters will be eager to see the Danish talent at work and to discover up close the qualities that have made him a prominent figure in Belgium.

With Dreyer now in the squad, Coventry City continues to build a team capable of fighting at the top of the table, with the objective of finding the Premier League for the first time since 2001.
