People are too hung up on traditional positions and 4 4 2. What makes Pep Guardiola such a good manager is his formation can change from week to week. Even if the formation is the same, the way it is played as a system can change.

Hardly anybody plays 442 now, but for Coventry fans it is a big dummy they like to keep spitting out.

That wasn't my point?

Do I think the formation we currently employ is odd based on personnel and the fact the players don't seem to understand it from an attacking sense? Yes.

Am I campaigning for 442? Absolutely not.

Does anyone have a sense of the pecking order, i.e. it is
1 - Adjei
2 - Sordell
3 - Wright
4 - Kwame
5 - Tudgay
6 - McBean
7 - George

??

Do you reckon Kwame will be another Lateef Elford Alliyou whereby TM brings him in, has a look in training, reserve games and in first team cameos, then gets rid when it's clear he doesn't add anything.

Doubt it, Lateef was only brought on a 3 month contract, Kwame has a 2 year deal.

Yes

I feel the order is

Agyei
Sordell
Wright
Tudgay
G Thomas
K Thomas
Mcbean

Have not seen McBean play yet so put him bottom, I am curious to see how he does for the u20's. Its a strange one if he was not brought in to play a part, unless we are getting paid to school him?

Lateef was only brought in on the cheap to see what he could offer as we had no other options in the building.
Kwame Thomas is a long term signing with more of a reputation and for the future.

Tudgay needs to.go down pecking order really

Only want to see him.in final 15 mins when chasing gsme.really

I may be wrong but ghadzev my of been playing in a no10 type role yesterday, well a more advanced midfield role with McCann and Bigirimana holding. If so when McCann went of injured I'd of preferred to see lamerias playing that role than Tudgay did. We lacked the ball carrier from the 2nd to final 3rd and movement from from 2 who seem alienated from each other

Wright looks a far more useful talent than either Aghei or Sordell. I want to see him start next week.
