Is the site not branded for wasps today? HaWhat a shock I am no expert but surely anybody could have seen this coming, it is a minority sport followed by a group of rather strange folk. The arena is a money pit that was rushed and built badly and the builders got away with lots because the council were involved.

To refinance they would have to raise a lot of money for something that is making a loss. High risk loans comes at a high interest rate.They'll just refinance it.

I've been saying that from the start.A decent story from Simon and proves that Wasps need us more than they make out, I'm not sure that our bargain basement rent of £100k a year will make much of a dent in that black hole though. So perhaps that's why Wasps are playing hard ball at the moment as they want CCFC to pay more.
