Usually is, but they're doing it a lot earlier this year:

The new 11/12 home kit is now available to pre-order. All pre-orders received by the 25th May will receive a free retro badge set. Pre-orders for delivery will be dispatched from the 26th May, pre-orders for collection will be available from the 3rd June.
