I am having a problem with agreeing with anyone on how we now go forward.
I agree that we need to keep the pressure up. We need SISU to know that we will not take any more shite from them. But trying to force them out won't work. It will keep the pressure on them though. So how far do we take it?
To me we need to give it a rest for a few games. We have a good manager at our level that has just joined our club. He has been allowed to bring in players straight away. There are more to come. Some will also be leaving. I am actually feeling more confident as when TM arrived. We have someone used to this level and is changing things straight away. Protests could put players off joining us.
So what do we really want from our protests? Does everyone understand what I mean by this simple question?
Protesting won't get rid of SISU. They want and need money back. But keeping up the pressure on them will give us the chance of running us properly. A decent manager with a decent budget. And it isn't too late to make a charge up the table. There is still half the season to go. 6th place should be our aim. But not go shouting that it is or should happen. And constantly protesting would harm our chances.
I think that we should give our new manager and new players breathing space. Get behind our team. Give the away team the stick. Just like we did before we knew the troubles ahead. Start enjoying going to games again. And constantly protesting will only be enjoyable to a few.
I am not saying we should sing SISU's praises. Just we need a bit of calm now they seem to be doing the right thing. If we keep up with the protesting when they are doing the right thing why should they continue to do so? If they are going to continue to get us having a go whatever they do they might as well continue to take the piss out of us.
Fisher will be laughing his smug head off too at how delaying the appointment of a new manager til end of December has rediverted many people's attention back to the pitch and how people are accepting of losing our best 2 players despite being second bottom of League 1 and with budget supposedly still available. While scraping out the relegation zone in time for May will leave people feeling the season was a success.

And I do believe that the signings we've made and are linked with are what we needed but I'm pretty sure 2 guys not getting in the Burton team, 1 not getting in the Bradford team and 2 league 2 players in Cox and Simpson are on bang average league 1 salaries and are hardly breaking the bank.
I don't see how you can unite the fans by having protests where only a select group know what is going to happen.
Too me the fact that it's being kept secret suggests that it is something that will disrupt the match, hopefully whatever it is that won't be the case. The problem is that some protests may be hampered if the "authorities" know what will happen. That said, I heard on the radiio on the way down to Charlton about the pig protests. Stewards knew as they were searching people on the way in and asking if you had any pigs. (A question I never thought I would ever be asked going into a game). Some things it is hard for them to stop. I am sure Tim has heard about the 75th minute idea and will be wondering about it, probably hoping it is nothing to do directly with him. (Maybe it is Tim!). On the basis that he maybe is concerned, good!
We need to find a way to let TF and Sisu know we don't want them here.
However, the match should not be the place for the protests unless it is the more subtle "Love City, Hate Sisu" chant.
TF should be cold shouldered by everyone and if we get near him make sure we tell him we don't want him or Sisu hear.
Keep it peaceful and non aggressive.
He seems to always have a collection of agreeable fans around him including I'm informed on the train home.
If the match isn't the place for the protests where is?
Would agree with the pressure on TF. It would depend how effective protests before, after or at half time could be.Before it, half time and after it.
Perhaps all protesters book where TF hangs out at them times and keep him informed all the time of our feelings.
Peacefully of course.

I think some of you are missing the point of a protest. it's designed to cause disruption and gain attention. I don't think doing it at half time or at the end of the game has the same effect.
We cannot pick and choose between games just because we don't want to offend a new player or because their is a scout group in the stands. The protests are about so much more than that. It's about the future of CCFC. Protests need to be loud and consistent (and legal).
Yes legal.Protests need to be loud and consistent (and legal).
Yes legal.
Like I said what point is wanted from demonstrating? If it is getting rid of SISU then it won't work.
We have a chance of a new start. You don't have to love SISU to hold on and see what happens. I just don't want Slade targets to turn him down because of us. I want him to have every chance of succeeding with us.
What's your protest plans today then? Shout sisu out at the radio or stage a sit in of your armchair?

Tim Fisher is also involved with two other businesses the details of which are easy to find on LinkedIn. If people want to put pressure on Fisher there are plenty of ways to do it without disrupting the match.I think you are missing the point.
Most people don't want to hear Sisu out etc when the game is in play.
Most fans agree that they want TF and Sisu out they just don't know how to do it.
Any protests need to get the support of the majority of the fans for continuation.
I have not got the answers other than wearing TF down by making him uncomfortable whenever he is in Coventry and travelling to and from London.
Perhaps publish his contact information so people can emai/text him or phone him if they are able.
He is keeping Sisu interested perhaps as he tries to save face with them. IMHO

Most people don't want to do any protesting. I don't! But unfortunately we have been backed into a corner and it is our last choice.
I agree. It did its job.Good, So not another pitch invasion.

I understand you want the best for the club. However I find it slightly disturbing that you think it will be the fans that will ruin Slade's chances and not SISU.
