Mine's still not come, pretty miffed about it, feel i could've saved my delivery money by just getting my mum to pick it up for me tomorrow.

You've given them an address which they've tried to deliver to twice, what else would you like them to do? You could have given them a work address if you knew you weren't going to be at home during the day, or it probably would have been better to just not pre-order and go buy it at your convenience.

The common sense would be to leave it with any 4 of my neighbours who were in. I live in exeter in devon. There doesn't tend to be many times which are convenient to nip to the club shop.

As an exile I'm with you on this one. In all previous seasons they come via Royal Mail and are just posted straight through the door. I'm still waiting for my new shirt despite pre-ordering 3 weeks ago. I'll be at work tomorrow (if they can actually be arsed to finally try and deliver it it to me) which means by the time I've farted about ringing up whatever number I have to ring to get it redelivered it will be the middle of next week by the time I actually get it. It's all a load of bollox.

Did they leave the card the first time? There should have been a number where you can give them alternate arrangements. A lot of places have stopped leaving packages at other addresses on principle now without consent of the addressee first.

I did ring and it was an automated service which would only let me ask them to retry the next day. They also cannot change delivery address. I phoned the club up,and the guy said he didn't know what was going to happen now either. So club and sponsor unhelpful,there's a surprise!
