I gave Insanity a go. I managed to get two weeks into it. Unfortunately I get shin splints and all the jogging on the spot caused them to flare up and stopped me doing anymore. It's real hard but worthwhile.
I'm a window cleaner best work out you can get without going to a gym.
Up and down ladders,and moving about cleaning,lots of walking,and outside in all weather.
Had an ex army bloke working with me and he said it was as good as most exercise routines he'd been on !
