I would think on balance they are in the minority looking back on it

It only takes one of these dense "fans" to make my blood boil.

Whilst fully understanding the level of irony in the original post my position remains the same.
Notably, this 'bunch' - SISU, have as their primary interest to get as much back a.s.a.p., have proved conclusively that their intention from the start has NOT been to 'grow the brand'.
To all intents and purposes they cannot expect any TRUE SKY BLUE to ever entertain their deceiptful statements.
In the due course of time we may find out the details of their dealings, but, the level of mis-information is only to suit their own devious purpose.
SISU - for your transfer deadline day dealings, don't expect any goodwill from real CCFC fans, how about the analogy of;

'you get a company to do some major repairs on your home',
they only do a quarter of the job,
then you're left with a bill five times the size to put things right,
then they sell off various items @ a quarter of the price,
SISU - please go !!!!!!!!!

Your total efforts have been utterly abysmal, if one of your own employees had behaved so badly I think they would have been sacked !

Watch out KD you may well be next

there is absolutely no justification for calling a fellow supporter a prick and twat.
I did'nt see the original post from macca as a joke/irony , as i am really disgusted ,like many, how SISU have destroyed this club, and my hatred for them goes deep, but macca is a very decent poster, and has many valid opinions and its his right to be able to say what he wants ,so come on, there is no need to call him this.

I suppose what I'm trying to say is this.

We are in the shit, pure and simple, it will be protracted and in my opinion get worse before it gets better.

People who are protesting, fairplay that you have the passion and conviction to stand up and be counted. I haven't got time to get involved design banners tshirts etc, too many pressing priorities.

But I have to retain some sense of humour, try to enjoy some banter and enjoy what is left, which is being a city fan, cheering on the lads and watching my team play.

SISU we go eventually, we will rebuild and in a few years this will be a distant memory.

Perhaps a few years ago I would have been more of a firebrand but I have mellowed with age

I would like to know your justification for assuming you have any knowledge of my passion for the club, any level of my history of support, money spent and games attended through one light hearted post. I find a bit of humour in dark times helps. If it doesn't for you then I will respect that without the need for name calling or abuse

I couldn't care less to any of the above, it makes no difference to the underlying fact that you are trying and succeding to get a rise out of your fellow fan by mocking the demise of the club we love and then adding it was a "joke" to wind people up somewhere on page 6.

If I wanted to surround myself with trolls and WUMS I would head on over to GMK, that sort of thing is considered good humour over there.

Weren't money grabbing b stards when they saved the club were they ,

Yep, but most thought they were benign, kind, Coventry City loving, money grabbing bastards, and have got all shirty now that they have found out they are just money grabbing bastards after all.

Certainly not interested in a slanging match with a fellow fan. No intention to cause offence and respect the fact that you feel strongly about it. Comfortable with my own status as a long and loyal fan and would prefer to leave it at that?

So to be clear...unless you are vehemently against SISU, gallows humour, and being reasonably calm, there's no place for you on SBT?

I cant fucking stand SISU sympathisers, absolute turncoats the lot of them. You do realise we have sold one of our best players today don't you?

The cretinas slugs that own this club have treated the club with contempt for the last few months and your patting them on the back. Grow a set man and stick up for your club.

Most of the most vehement anti-SISU posters are the ones who were the biggest backers of them for years, when others said they weren't to be trusted.

That's a turncoat.

Was also wondering, If Turner could have stayed injured for a year or two more, would he have become worth upwards of £40million, and possibly the greatest defender in the world?

Surprised that SISU didn't keep deliberately pulling his hamstring to increase his value, could have repaid their investment and more.

Another example of the short term thinking of SISU.

We sold one player who hasn't played for 10 months, and brought in another (for a decentish sum). It was hardly the apocalyptic firesale that many had predicted last night.

I agree they would have been slated had they sold Juke/Clingan and slated if they don't. I expect Turner was allowed to leave on Andy Thorn's say as he has a settled CB pairing currently.

i agree weve plenty at the back and need a striker but as someone said before we sold him well under value we still have a shit thin squad and we have no idea how this new signing will preform on the pitch unless he gets us promotoed singel handedly then bravo sisu but if we go down, lets just say sisu are dammed if they do and dammed if they dont there own fault least there keeping the club afloat just!!!

When the takeover was imminent, we were lead to believe that SISU was a progressive company, but days before, many learnt by investigation that they were a 'hedge fund', this alarm was appeased by SISU trotting out the diatribe that they were 'in it for the long haul', with their football man RR heading things up.
Now without RR , who nobly 'fell on his sword' who did they recruit as their football expert ?
KD - er NO, (how's the company Jag m8, paid for by the club)
LB - er 'franchise boy' NO, (never seen 'em)
OI - season ticket holder - see u next tues m8, & in comes
PC - certainly not politically correct, followed by another couple of finance whizz kids, all of this mob will, we assume, be drawing a salary plus expenses from the club.
The days/months/years have only shown or realised our worst fears, notably that they care not a 'jot' for CCFC or any CCFC fan.
When they have 'raped' their monies back, they may go

Not a chance, SISU have brought in 3 players none of which are better than who they have replaced (although havent seen enough of Dunn) they have not replaced Aron, SISU have let "SQUAD" players leave to leave us with no squad meaning we have had to put youngsters in to fill gaps! Added to this we have sold Ben Turner for well below whats he is worth. So no THEY need to apologise for ripping apart OUR club!!!!

Rant over !!!!

Let's be realistic here. Turner wasn't great was he. I think the price is fair. He only had a few good games for us then was out for ten months. Before last season he was regularly berated as a donkey!

Yeah sorry about that, I may have overreacted a tad. I get very angry when I think about what they are doing to this club, yet there always seems to be some mooron waiting in the wings ready to jump in with usual "what, save us from admin?" comment.

Not apologies but half the people have forgotten why they wanted Sisu out in the first place. What other options have we got?

Do you really believe that half the people have forgotten why they want Sisu out? Do agree with the last point though. We don't have any other options.

Make my season ticket work on the turnstile at least once this season and I'll be satisfied.

no chance of an apology either....

so we have a couple of hundred grand, maybe more from the Dann deal, £750k from Turner (which was scandulous). sisu bought in about 1m yesterday... spent 200k upfront on Mcdonald at a guess... lets not kid ourselves they made a fair amount yesterday and then chucked us a bone with mcdonald and then play the heroes just because they refused a couple of bids for the Juke... and now all of a sudden we are supposed to be eternally grateful and say all is forgiven... No chance!!! then we get that bullshit statement that we have all heard before. They might aswell come out and beg us not to protest on sky because thats what it equates too. Igwe dodges the question about next season and funding.. where are we going with these clowns? even they dont know. Lets not kid ourselves in january more players will be sold. We are being sold down the river. SISU OUT!!

Today's PR crap is too much. Not taking it any more. Won't be watching another game until there is firm evidence to back-up the so called positive comments!

Agree with you Gary that they didn't come out of this yesterday as shining knights as some would have us believe.

Too many doubts in my mind as to what happened and the chain of events.

KD clearly said that he had been to Sisu and secured funding for 1 or 2 transfers. Transpires that we sold a player and then bought in McDonald. I just don't believe there was any money at all for transfers and they knew all along that we could only buy if we sold. They didn't paint it that way at all though did they.

We sold one of our best players and brought one in and the club made a profit. Good business from Sisu's point of view but it's all this spin that's really doing my head in!!

All this secured funding is rubbish they are potless !!!!!!!!!!!
I don't doubt that the balance of the money made will cover overheads for another 2-3 months which was the whole intention of selling turner in the first place and the amount he was sold for shows how desperate they were !!!
And the only reason we got this letter was because they are desperate, have no money and need us !!

Still can't see why they stay. I can see why they came but surely they can't be making money out of us? We are losing money, hardly selling players for big money and we have no revenue from the ground?
