Did anyone else just see the incident between Arrizabalaga and Sarri? Gets injured, Sarri wants to sub him for Caballero. Arrizabalaga blankly refuses to go off! And Sarri backed down, almost walked out of the stadium! Sarri has now publicly lost control of his team. I've never seen the like before.

Literally refused to go off! Stood on the pitch waving his arms and finger in a very defiant way. Right at the end of extra time as well! It was going to take an army to drag him off.

The ref went over to ask Sarri what he wanted, which was when Sarri caved in, changed his mind, smashed his seat, and went to walk out. They even began to announce the change over the tannoy too.

He has to be. Doesn't matter if the players like him or not. The manager HAS to have the decisive say. You can't have players overruling the manager like that, especially not so publicly and in a game televised around the world.

The Chelsea dressing room has been toxic for ages. Get bored of a manager and force him out, eventually the board need to decide who their manager is and back him no matter what for a few years or that culture is never going to change.

BBC says 'outside the UK'
The keeper should be fined, transfer listed and never play for Chelsea again.
In my opinion, security guards should have escorted him from the pitch.

Player power. Teammates should have dragged him off. No respect for the manager, once that happens it's downhill for the gaffer. I used to clean the windows of Ernie Machins house on Ansty Road, and he told me that George Hudson was told to help out the defence as he didn't ever track back. He ignored it so George Curtis had the HUD by the throat in the dressing room.
Ernie said as Hudson banged in so many goals, he carried on as normal, but kept out of Curtis way !

None of the Chelsea team standing up to a player completely disrespecting the manager in public, what a shambles.

The owner has to take some responsibility for it whenever the players don’t like the manager they down tools and he sacks the manager.

He also seems to like certain players like that hopeless Luiz

The ref should have sent him off, the sub was being made and would have been the only way to force him off the pitch

Ive just heard Sarri on the radio, he is weak. Basically saying it was all a misunderstanding and the goalie felt better.

He is going to be weak and very rich soon as the Abramovich axe must be getting close.

Yep, just throwing his authority down the drain. He'll get walked over like a doormat every time now, if he stays in the job that is.
