As we're still in administration (1 Viewer)

Surely the administrator should be making arrangements for the new season? Pompey were in our position this time last year and, despite all the player problems, it was technically business as usual.

The administrator should be doing a deal on a ground, should be selling season tickets.. Should be at least doing something.. I'm confused with his role.. Very confused.

Surely you understand his role was to wan 1/2 a million and sell the club to the people who put it in administration.

Ironically the half a million fee is not far off the figure SISU could have paid ACL to prevent administration at all. Instead they put the club into administration and agree they will pay ACL in full.
So when people say SISU didn't really put the club into administration consider that little gem

I understand his role to that extent yes.. But as its not yet complete he should still be running the football club.. He just never has, ever, not even for a little while.. Strangest administration ever..

Mr Appleton isnt interested in running the club. He wanted his money and just did as he was told by sisu. Hence they are still in charge. Anyone else would have noticed they are not fit to run a pub team let alone a professional club.

But PWKH has been taking backhanders off Haskell, Elliott and Hoffman to force CCFC into admin so that they could buy it at a distressed level.

Everyone would rather have a contest of 'Who can be the biggest jobsworth' than do anything constructive for the club.

Hope you've got evidence to prove that.. that is a very serious allegation of criminal behaviour.

Like the ones that allege Appleton is in SISU's pocket and that there is a financial link between them...thus meaning it is alleged he is getting a financial kickback from SISU.

****(For the record I think a Monkey could have done a better job than Appleton, and looked less of a gurning muppet)

Why is Haskell not believed when he takes time out to comment on the Administrator's professionalism, and the legality of the process, but is believed when he says 'I'm going to buy the club and do a damned good job, along with selling champagne and caviar to boost the f&bs'?

If Appleton is guilty of criminal behaviour in the administration process it will come out and be proven, or else people should simply accept that on paper at least he's guilty of nowt.

Similar to how everyones favourite football administrator was thought of by Plymouth fans during their administration.

why would they pay ACLin full! if their aim is to stress ACL then paying them in full is not the way to do? however if they wanted to break the contract with ACL over the Ricoh them aministration was the only way that it could be done

Guilty as charged there ;) The harsh reality is that SISU have been planning for this since the ARVO debenture was filed last year and have orchestrated it to get the outcome they want. Appleton would have a hard time justifying the rejection of an offer which would satisfy all the creditors in full in favour of offers which do this only in part. As a SISU company Otium were able to offer this and so were always going to be accepted.

Spot on!

SISU didn't invest a few quid to keep us in the Championship. They then sacrificed a promotion attempt with a 10 point deduction.

All this to distress ACL and buy it on the cheap. Now they just want to dump the lease on the Ricoh.

They're banking on the fans going back over the next few seasons. They'll inflict the damage (they already have done) and distort / misrepresent the truth the the fans (TF how many times?).

All they wanted was ACL on the cheap. They have taken a hostage (the club) and will kill it if required.
