Did they really have their knicknames on the front of their shirts in those days. Obviously from the crumpled front he is "Tallboy". Any ideas of the others?

Wasn't Singleton part of City's youngsters that came from the academy?

Yep he came through with John Hendrie as well. Both ended up at Bradford and won the title there, sadly playing the day of the tragic fire when they earlier if I recall correctly received the league Trophy.
