I will be returning from holiday on the day of the Stoke away game and intend to go straight from the airport. Assuming I can get tickets, is it possible to pick them up from the Stoke ground? I vaguely remember that uncollected tickets were sent with the Sky Blue coaches, but I've never tested this myth.

Yes. Just let the Cov ticket office know that you wish to collect them at Stoke's ground .Take a screenshot of the booking confirmation

I might be wrong but i'm pretty sure that option is only available if you purchase tickets after the last postal day. This game will sell out before that happens so i think you're ticket would be posted.

You can email them before 12pm on friday saying your ticket hasn’t arrived, and a duplicate will be printed for collection
