All I'm saying is, if SISU win the case, it is the rate payers that lose out in the end.
And they will only win the case IF thd Council have found to have been at fault. So....the rate payers would lose out because of the Council.
Because of who's misconduct?

Agree with the ccfc bit, in an ideal world it would mean ccfc get ten bazillion and a new stadium. It won't happen though!

Fuck the ten bazilion my council tax is already one of the highest in the Coventry and Warwickshire area. :(

The council should have insurance for this sort of thing so even if SISU win big it should really impact on tax payers directly. The only problem might be if the insurance doesn't pay out if SISU win due to CCC having acted improperly.

And it starts....

Big bad sisu stealing from the rate payers mouths. Kids going homeless.

Sisu will only be awarded anything at all if the council are found in the wrong...

But who pays that money nick?
Where do the council get there money from?
Never mind they could always shut the remainder of our libraries etc we don't really need them.

So when the insurance rate goes up who pays for that?
