And they will only win the case IF thd Council have found to have been at fault. So....the rate payers would lose out because of the Council.

On what basis? The most CCC are likely to get would be costs wouldn't it?

Fuck the ten bazilion my council tax is already one of the highest in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

The council should have insurance for this sort of thing so even if SISU win big it should really impact on tax payers directly. The only problem might be if the insurance doesn't pay out if SISU win due to CCC having acted improperly.

Where do the council get there money from?
Never mind they could always shut the remainder of our libraries etc we don't really need them.

So when the insurance rate goes up who pays for that?
