Hahahaha.Loads I don't like, Ed Sheerhan is inexplicably popular. Only know one song of theirs but Toploaders 'Dancing in the moonlight' makes my teeth itch.
But I really. Fucking. Hate. Paolo Nutini. "Ooh ain't I clever? I can do a song in a reggae stylee, affecting a ridiculous cod Jamaican accent or I can do Cuban inspired jazz" Just stick to your real voice you twat and stop trying to be such a smart arse! You're a pop artist, you're not partaking in Who's line is it anyway...
Looking at your username I was hoping you were gonna say Chase & Status! My favourite bands though are:
Funeral for a friend
New found glory
Fall out boy ( though they are shit live )
Paramore
Linkin park

In my vinyl collection I have Script For A Jesters Tear. The sleeve cover is a work of art.BBR impossible question as age changes views - of a certain age I think you retain a love for that music so for me For example it was Pink Floyd and David Bowie but i did not enjoy Bowie’s later albums at all the last i bought was Stage - I recently got all CCR albums and I would not have given them a second thought when at school enjoying my Black Sabbath , Budgie and AC/DC I have Now found them enjoyable to listen to -
I have bought Elbows latest album but I only played it once , I thought I would like it - I find a lot of modern music very samey and consequently on pop master as soon as a question on the last 20 years comes on I have no idea ! The only new music I have enjoyed has been Blues like Joanna Shaw Taylor and Joe Bonamassa
I listen to Planetrock all the time and enjoy a lot of the tracks but probably wouldn’t go and buy an album
in my Amazon basket to buy I have two albums Marillion Script for a jesters tear and Disturbed - ( that Sound of Silence tack is very powerful)
I worked with a Beatles fan years ago and he had all their singles and albums, in fact he was obsessed with them. Anyway we ribbed him constantly and he took it fairly well until one day he lost the plot. One of the lads said as a joke " Abba are a bigger band than the Beatles and have a bigger following. " Bang bang 2 punches and he decked the Abba joker ! We all left him alone after that incident.I’m going to just put this out there, I’m not a big fan of The Beatles.
I wouldn’t list them in my favourites but got to give them credit for their singalong capability - love Get Back , Lucy in the sky , Eleanor Rigby - very clever songs - bit like Elton John - clever writer - love The yellow brick road Album - such variety - I wouldn’t put them on but when I hear them I appreciate the music !I’m going to just put this out there, I’m not a big fan of The Beatles.
Following on from this I'm going to put this out there, I'm not a big fan of 2 tone!I’m going to just put this out there, I’m not a big fan of The Beatles.

As I moved from Coventry to Rugby when I was 5 am I excused? But if you’re from Coventry you have to like 2 tone.
It’s the rules.
Me and Houch were both born at Gulson hospital in Coventry. Making us true Coventrians. If you were born in Cov you are a Cov Kid.Although if born at Walsgrave Hospital that too counts now as a true Coventrian I hear.As I moved from Coventry to Rugby when I was 5 am I excused?
I was born in an RAF hospital near Lincoln where my dad was based. My dad was born in Coventry but my mum was born in Rugby & moved to Coventry when she was youngMe and Houch were both born at Gulson hospital in Coventry. Making us true Coventrians. My late father was born in Northamptonshire, and my mum was born in the front room of her home in Walsgrave. My dad lived in Rugby growing up along with his 6 brothers and 3 sister's. A bit of a mish mash there !I was born in an RAF hospital near Lincoln where my dad was based. My dad was born in Coventry but my mum was born in Rugby & moved to Coventry when she was young
Now you've gone too far going over the border into NorthamptonshireMy late father was born in Northamptonshire, and my mum was born in the front room of her home in Walsgrave. My dad lived in Rugby growing up along with his 6 brothers and 3 sister's. A bit of a mish mash there !
He supported the Sky Blues though and took me as a kid to Highfield Road. He always classed himself as a Coventry person, but always talked about Rugby the town with affection. Now you've gone too far going over the border into Northamptonshire
I wish my dad had taken me to HR then he would have also took my 2 older brothers & that might have stopped them supporting Leicester & Man Utd!! I just started going with some mates on the train. He supported the Sky Blues though and took me as a kid to Highfield Road. Then you surely must like Pinkertons Assorted Colours? As I moved from Coventry to Rugby when I was 5 am I excused?
Never heard of them. I think 1 of the Fortunes lived 4 houses down the street from us in RugbyThen you surely must like Pinkertons Assorted Colours?
C'mon Houch. They were proper gash. Jigsaw were a bit more like it - at a stretch. Then you surely must like Pinkertons Assorted Colours?
Ha, had forgotten them. Formerly known as the Cliftones (after Clifton Hall), and Robbie Hood and his Merry Men!Never heard of them. I think 1 of the Fortunes lived 4 houses down the street from us in Rugby
My 2 favourites are (don't laugh) Kate Bush and Enya, could listen to their albums for hours on end.
U2 have some decent songs but mainly crap, same with Nirvana.

Slightly different, as there’s loads of music I don’t like. But it really annoys me when someone says a particular type of music or an artist is “shit”. Not liking something doesn’t mean it’s shit.
“Real music” is even more annoying.
But did you stay for Budgie ? - awesome welsh trio - we had them play locally - the walls were vibrating and dripping with sweat - epic night - My wife hated it - to loud but Breadfan , In for the kill just aceI remember Budgie are the only band I ever went to see as a support act and thought I’d live with the main band
The main band were Diamond Head - I left early
How old you remembering Jigsaw?C'mon Houch. They were proper gash. Jigsaw were a bit more like it - at a stretch.
Budgie supported Ozzy a couple of times. I saw them one Ozzy's first solo tour and at The NEC, very underrated bandBut did you stay for Budgie ? - awesome welsh trio - we had them play locally - the walls were vibrating and dripping with sweat - epic night - My wife hated it - to loud but Breadfan , In for the kill just ace
I remember them and their awful 1 hit which was around 1977. I was at a wedding reception at the Engine pub in Rugby that year and the singer was there making sure everyone knew who he was.How old you remembering Jigsaw?
