Should be general sale earlier, these won't shift before general sale, you won't get 20% of season ticket holders getting one so it won't leave any time for an additional allocation.

Don’t really understand the reasoning behind why ST priority has been split between phase 1/2?

As a Phase 1 STH I don’t understand why this is the case either. Paid the same or in some cases more than what I did so they should get the same priority as me.

Because if, like me , you want to go with someone who’s not a ST holder they won’t even be able to get tickets on wednesday so I’ll have to go on my own.

It’s how it is at most clubs. My mates from other clubs have always been really surprised firstly that the first priority window is season ticket holders and there’s no away points scheme. Secondly that we used to offer more than one per STH, let alone six! No different to how the FA do it for Wembley. If away members want to buy in the first priority window and get first dibs on seats they buy then. If they want to sit with non away members they have to wait until the first sale is over and lose that privilege.

My Dr said: I’ve got some bad news and very bad news

Me: What’s the bad news?

Dr: You’ve got 24 hrs to live

Me: Shit! What’s the very bad news ??

Dr: I should’ve told you yesterday

you shouldn't be wasting your last moments on here m8

Don't know why people are stressing about Barnsley tickets. If needed the away end holds about 5,000 so if you wanna go with mates just wait until general sale as there will be plenty to go round.

Remember it well.
Tbf, it wasn't so much bringing Andrews on (although he was awful) it was taking Leon McKenzie off when he was the only one who looked remotely like making something happen.

In fairness, we were all right about Andrews though, pretty sure he never scored again for us & only played a handful more minutes. Dreadful signing, so far off the standard.

It must have been the first time in his career Leon McKenzie looked like making something happen - other than fuck up another goal scoring opportunity

Exactly, QPR will be difficult though if the prices are reasonable

Their season ticket prices are the cheapest in the league I believe so I’d guess the match day price wont be too steep.

Not one to moan at stuff but missed the kick off Saturday due to the 30 min queue for tickets as I had no cash. The staff were doing their best but all.card payments needed manually entering. No tap no chip and pin. I could get that sorted for a business in days the club have had weeks!!

I think the point is that by the time they get to general sale there won't be many left of the initial allocation and not enough time to get more tickets. Of course, there will be pay of the gate I imagine, albeit with a price increase I believe, but no real stress.

Not sure why they have imposed the priorities the way they have for a game where you can get more tickets than we're likely to need. Might as well shift a load early doors to allow time for more to be made available. Would make sense if it were Luton, but not sure why they're doing it here.

I think two per season ticket is reasonable unless they have a sit anywhere policy then one per ST ins’t so bad but that would be down the home club.

This might be a shock for you, but for most clubs above League 1 level, that is completely normal. For away games in 90% of the Championship and all Premier League, it’s one per ST plus above a loyalty point threshold. Some teams even charge to have an away membership to apply for tickets.
One per ST is more than fair. For smaller allocations the club might have to look at away games attended.

They charged Millwall £33 but obviously that’s a local derby of sorts
Saw that this morning. Can see what we charge being below average across the season. Fair play to the club if that is the case.

Think everyone gets that, and it makes perfect sense where demand outstrips supply.

For Barnsley though, supply will outstrip demand, so odd that they enforced it for this game (unless Barnsley are for some reason are limiting the max allocation for this game of course).

Well that’s where you haven’t read what I’m responding to. The post is stating that because his mate has to wait for general sale (and can’t buy in Priority 1) his friend won’t go and the poster has to go on his own.
