Barely got a touch.
Fortune had a near pwrfecr gsme in his home debut so whilst I agree he's been poor since no need to close the book on him so soon
With Kent and Murphy you could always see the ability underneath still even when things aren't going their way. Can't say that about Fortune.Typical cov fans though otis. We're doing same with kent not long ago and Murphy before that
Maybe cos I'm now in thirties but seen it all before. Better to take a deep breath and just wait. Next week we win and once again this stuff goes away till the next loss.

Fortune has been completely Dr. Jekyll and Hyde, utter dross after his first game.
Agreed.
Plus one swallow does not make a summer.

One bad result don't end a season either but you still jumped onto that form thread after swindon....

Could always try him at centre half, a-la Dublin
I've always wondered if Conor THomas could play at centre back. He has the physique and height and doesn't have to do anything Beckenbaueresque (which he can't anyway)! What do others reckon?(awaits howls of laughter)

Call me stupid but after today's goal I think he'll be on the bench again this Saturday and may well get on again. I have a hunch we may have another gem on our hands
Just don't let the bass drop or we could be in all sorts of crap.
Wasn't there a better photo the Telegraph could use for 'young striker impresses teammates'? This is how I imagine I look when playing:
Forget appearance hes scored again today against stoke. Put him on the bench I say! There could actually be a lucrative career for a photographer who specialises in taking attractive, dynamic photos of footballers.
The publicity photos I have seen are mostly truly horrendous. And that photo of Bassala Sambou is a glaring example.
