Personally think he needs to grow up. He's drawn the wrong kind of attention to spoil what was otherwise a very decent personal performance. I don't buy into the whole "well everyone else does it" argument either.

I think Hound can develop into a very talented individual potentially being a top league performer next season. But I also want him (or any player for that matter) to reflect the best on behalf of the club, city, and supporters.

No disrespect intended to any of you with a differing opinion.
Nah I love it. We have long needed a bit of needle. For ages we’ve been a very nice team to play against.

I don't mind the winding up at all, but I found it really embarrassing, him rolling around on the floor clutching his face, when their defender had grabbed him by the throat.

It was going to be a red anyway. There was no need to do that.

But I have no problem in trying to wind players up.
The trouble is unless players really lay it on thick there is a decent chance a red card won't be shown.
It happens time and time again.

Defenders in this division really won't fancy playing against him. Quick, plays on the shoulder, aggressive and looks for a foul.
He needs someone he really clicks with to form a partnership.

Didn’t Turner write that there was some shoving in the tunnel at half time? Anyone know who was involved?
Nothing like a bit of argy bargy to get players sticking up for each other. Proper old fashioned team building. 🤣
I only saw it briefly on Sky, looked like Thomas, MvE and one of our coaches (someone in a blue coat, could be a sub actually) with a few of theirs

Fair play to Bassette for the shithousing - it's not embarrassing at all - don't know why there's wimpy reactions to what he did
Too right.
The only embarrassing thing I saw was Wilder’s post match interview. He tried to make out they were morally superior and never partake in the dark arts. Surely no one would believe that bollocks.

Looks like such a horrible little player to play against, I love it.
Him and Torp were constantly telling each other where to move or put the ball as well, quite a good partnership first half.

Would like to see him up top with Simms at some point

I find it quite refreshing. They were doing it all game to us like they always do.

Wish I had seen it - would have been very funny especially if he had even half believed any of it.

Good and bring more of it on!

I don’t want any of this namby pamby, cuddling at the end of the match, “good luck for the rest of the season mate” shite anymore

I want players like this who want to win and will do anything to get it

Do you want to be liked, or do you want to be successful?
