OK, Norman. He will be ours for many many years to come, and I believe if he sticks it out with us and we go up and finds that finishing touch and continues to progress as he already has he will be a top premier league player and maybe a coventry city legend
Same as you shouldn't be overly critical of players after a couple appearances people shouldn't be crowned the saviour either.
But he’s really good I promiseSame as you shouldn't be overly critical of players after a couple appearances people shouldn't be crowned the saviour either.
most of us are commenting about the young lad having a great attitude. You can see in his play he wants to be a winner. It's very early days but if you're going to be negative about him already I find that strange. Are some of these comments wind ups?
in my experience you can teach people anything if they have the right attitude. which he seems to have.most of us are commenting about the young lad having a great attitude. If I have taken your comments the wrong way I apologise.
That’s poor form. Once got an assist for Gary Mac I’ll have you know!Nonsense. It’s Coventry City tradition to get overly excited about a teenage striker after a five minute cameo. He is part of a long heritage dating back to Andy Ducros!
Our fans are bonkersHopefully the other players not giving 100% don't group together and isolate him cus he's showing them up for being apathetic.
We’ve had top premier league player, cov city legend, better than O Hare, and Vik reincarnatedmost of us are commenting about the young lad having a great attitude.

need to write novels with the imagination they have
We’ve had top premier league player, cov city legend, better than O Hare, and Vik reincarnatedhe’s played about an hour hasn’t he?
Why isn't Doug insisting on him getting game time to increase his value?Imagine spending 2.5 million on a bloke who's 4th choice stroker and doesn't get a look in
Yet refuse to add loans or an experienced free agent
He was a Doug seeing potential pound signs signing 1000000%

Do have to ask the question though why isn’t he getting a look in over Simms who looks like he accidentally walked onto the pitch yesterday.Imagine spending 2.5 million on a bloke who's 4th choice stroker and doesn't get a look in

I'm absolutely convinced that that is now the mantra for recruitment at our club, will there be a nice resale value?
It will bite us on the arse if it hasn't already.
Think it already is tbh
I said a while back on here and got pelters for it, that Doug has been absolutely blinded by Vik and Hamer cash
He thought he could rinse and repeat and get the the promised land whilst completely neglecting the loan system and experience because they don't make him cash
The blokes not got a Scooby on how to run a football club outside of profit and this is now showing
He's got to do Simms and Wright first, and that's sound I think, it's the end end of an era!Why isn't Doug insisting on him getting game time to increase his value?

He's also neglecting the fact that Vik was initially a loan.
As was Sheaf
The blokes a clown
Forgot about that.
Madness we havent used loans this season.
I'm not talking about the bad old days of 5 or 6, just a couple to supplement the squad.
Same with an old head or 2.
Reading through the thread, there are lots of posts talking about him having potential and being raw and that he hasn't done that much, other than run around a lot.
He is seemingly, a player who will always give his all, but he is only 19.
And as others have said, we can't count on him to be our saviour. Not yet anyway.
His time will come I'm sure. We've not long had him and he's still learning.
