So according to BBC there has been a 'high volume of applications'' for the coventry city job. Wise and Blackwell are in the running.

Would love to have Wise managing us. The right sort of character that will demand respect from the players and make them work hard for the club Imo.

This is good. Only thing to remember now with BBC is that now we're in League 1 all the Cov news on BBC website it written by BBC C and W so anything on radio is same news as web now.

Exactly my thoughts, Wise is the right type of character we need who the players will respond to.

I'd be content with Wise, I personally want Abbott, but Wise appears to be the best - realistic - unemployed manager for us.

Sillett has been quoted in telegraph as supporting Abbott's appointment. He likened him to a young Jimmy Hill. So either Abbott or Wise for me.
