My example was better. The idea that a player can only get good if they run phenomenally is crazy. It's only one attribute.I can think of plenty in the past.
Jan Molby..never moved out of the centre circle. In that team he never needed to.
Better example than jan molby??? Doubt it.My example was better

Your general football knowledge is utterly crap too.He must have had a hell of a shot in him to score 44 goals from the centre circle

Messi consistently runs less than any of the rest of his team and in the last World Cup less than two keepers.Better example than jan molby??? Doubt it.

Molby literally made a career out of staying in the centre circle. He physically couldn't move if he tried to. But his vision and passing was out of this world.Messi consistently runs less than any of the rest of his team and in the last World Cup less than two keepers.
True.Molby was a great player, but you'd never make it to the top level now in the condition he was.
They were literally all penalties.Oh I was referring to league for Liverpool only

How did he score 44 times from the centre Circle
They were literally all penalties.
He just stepped up to take penalties.
You really are clueless.
Oh dear.
Messi consistently runs less than any of the rest of his team and in the last World Cup less than two keepers.
I particularly enjoyed the goal where he ran from his own half and scored.Oh here we go. Dear oh dear. Another clueless bedwetter.
Grendells sidekick.

I'd say we have a fully fit midfield to choose from now and I'd also bet that Allen starts on Saturday at the expense of CoH or PalmerIm saying we’ve had injury and suspension issues in midfield and attack. With a fully fit squad he’s not in the starting XI.
Don't think it will be COH need our best team out then.I'd say we have a fully fit midfield to choose from now and I'd also bet that Allen starts on Saturday at the expense of CoH or Palmer
Allen will almost certainly start on Saturday and it will be Palmer that misses out.I'd say we have a fully fit midfield to choose from now and I'd also bet that Allen starts on Saturday at the expense of CoH or Palmer

Palmer has proved to be very effective when brought on after an hour or so.Allen will almost certainly start on Saturday and it will be Palmer that misses out.

Yes I’d be amazed if that change didn’t happen after Tuesday
Depends how scared we are of QPR and whether we revert to the 5311 or stick with the box really.
Yes, he's been much better coming on for the last 20-30 in the second half when the game is stretched and there is more space to exploit.Palmer has proved to be very effective when brought on after an hour or so.
You’re judging it on 60 mins when the opposition parked 10 players in their own half for the majority of the game. They’ve shown in previous games they can create chances together.Yes, he's been much better coming on for the last 20-30 in the second half when the game is stretched and there is more space to exploit.
I'm not convinced Palmer and O'Hare work in a box, you don't get the same intensity of the high press as when Allen and O'Hare are there, and both players want the ball in similar areas to turn at the defence. And neither really make runs in behind off the ball. On paper they should be brilliant, two skillful mercurial talents, but in reality you need that bit of variation to create space and move people around.

They did open things up once or twice v Wigan just didn't get the run of the ball or Palmer was slightly off, his chance came from their interplay after allYou’re judging it on 60 mins when the opposition parked 10 players in their own half for the majority of the game.
