I think you should go back and mention Summerbee and that tackle... Should be good for another 14 pages.

It's disappointing we lost yesterday. Next Tuesday will be another late one and we were planning to do a thread entitled "can we make up next season in the championship". The worrying thing is all 3 of us have access to the account and its got my details. I hope the administrator has Nicks integrity.

Having roots from Newcastle, I have a natural dislike of Sunderland, but their vitriolic hatred of our club still amazes me. The utter bile they spout doesn't though as they seem to be some of the most whiny, bleating fans I have ever met, with a complete sense of its everyone's fault but ours and a huge whopping chip on their shoulders. Their lack of basic English language skills doesn't surprise me either.

Having been to the shithole that is Sunderland I can understand their complete lack of hope in life, and therefore their utter hatred of everything.

What did the guy expect, posting this on a Sunderland Message Board?

Football fans have long memories, I seen some of our fans mentioning things that have happened in the past. This 'petition' might as well have been paraded in a synagogue whilst eating a bacon sarnie. Unbefuckinlievable.:jerkit:

Well someone mentioned posting it on there so I thought, why not. It's a very impressive forum site actually with a whole section dedicated to cricket. I didn't think many would really be so wound up about an irrelevant event now to them. I thought it would be a 50/50 split. I have never seen the animosity when we've played them - the fans always seemed ok so its a bit odd.

I went to their place last time we played them in the championship. Never had any animosity from their fans. Strange. I was born in 1990 and never even knew about this whole saga until after that trip!

1977 and they haven't forgotten? Christ ...........

Grendel I must admit, that comment "did you go to Eton?" I nearly spat my drink everywhere! Top notch.
