TBH, I've decided against it. It was freezing last night and after the nightmare on the M6 last night, I don't think I can stomach standing in the wind and the icy rain at Sphinx.

By the way, if anyone is going I know they're doing roadworks around the area. The entrance to Sphinx is still open to traffic but just further down by the bakery I think the road is closed off completely.,
